I smirk lightly at her question
"I think it'll be best if you figure that one out on your own."
Then I reach into my bag and pull out a long hollow plastic tube
"I've got a siphoning nozzle, and I can grab a barrel at the store to pour it in."

I chuckle, lighting another cigarette
"Let's head back to the market, I've gotta get a bit more stuff, and there's a hotel behind it we can crash in."

After my laughter subsides and I wipe away the tears.
"I've been studying bio-genetic engineering since I was a kid. My parents had always wanted me to be one, and luckily, so did I. Anyways, if she's actually using the right blood tests it will only pinpoint the specified infection cells, and ignore anything else we have in our veins."

I sit in the car for a few seconds before I look up.
"She has no clue what the tests are looking for."
I say, then laugh, hard, tears almost coming to my eyes.
"She's using equipment she doesn't understand,and refusing access to the only one who knows how. How fucking Ironic."
