Oh, I do have a question regarding the powers of the clones: the CS says "powers and abilities". Plural: Does this mean that you had planned for some clones to possess more than one power, or is it a small typo? ^^

Sorry I haven't been active, the release of the ooc and my exam weeks sadly collided - but I am still planning on creating a character once I am finished (that is if I manage to survive...). I should have a character up next week.

Yes I go through and approve powers but to talk about past powers, I have seen the blood one and yeah the blood manipulation was only limited to that characters own blood. Cosmic powers probably be way to far out there to allow, and a power similar to Delsin is a no-no. Can people have same powers as someone else? Yes BUT I'm going to kind of cover the rule behind that since I much prefer seeing people with unique powers from one another rather then seeing twelve people running pyro abilities.

If you want go ahead and use the character sheet, here I'll provide what is normally used so it will be made easier:

Character Sheet

Name: ( Name, pretty clear. Full name, nickname, etc. )
Age: ( Any age will be fine. As long as your character isn't 80 years or 6 years. )
Gender: ( Male, Female, or other. )
Appearance: ( What does your character look like? )
Side: ( inFamous or Hero? )
Personality: ( How does your character behave? )
Biography: ( What's your story? Are you a fresh release from Curdon Cay? Or a new conduit? )
Power: ( What do you manipulate? What do you control? Try to be creative in this category, not just fire, metal, water, air. Things like smoke or neon or video. )
Power-: ( What can you do with your powers? Summon angels? Shoot glass shards? It all depends on what you can manipulate. )
Other: ( Anything else I didn't cover? )

There might be a few additions in the final post but this is what is usually used.

If I may throw in my 5 cents: A mixture of all 3 sounds rather awesome to me. The world has just started to accept the conduits, however there are still resistance and fear against them in the larger population: while conduits aren't hunted down or feared throughout the society - and the government has "officially" acknowledged them - anti-conduit groups have formed and gained a large following. This is especially the case with the "Syndicate" who is said to have been formed by former governmental agents. This group presents themselves as the light that seeks to cleanse the world from the abominations that are the conduits. At the same time the government has started to limit the freedom of Conduits (filing them etc.) which means that some conduits have started to feel oppressed and began to rebel (inFamous), while others believe that order is indeed a good thing - or at least people shouldn't get hurt (heroes). Lastly: because of an event at a certain point (let's call it "The Happening" - mainly because I couldn't figure out the right word while writing this) a mysterious plague has grown roots in the poorer areas/slums and has slowly started spreading, causing chaos in its wake.

Anyway, just my thoughts. Not sure if anyone even likes it, but I just like stories with a lot of depth and many possibilities - so please feel free to ignore my "rant" if you think it is rubbish ^^
