Hello everyone I want to join this RP, but before I do I feel like I should ask: Considering that the Ork is being replaced, does this mean that the 40k slot is open again?
LaXnyd
I suppose it should, unless SgtEasy wants to. In that case you'll have to post your character sheet faster than he does.
Lord, y'all don't slack. Speaking of slackers, I'm finally here! Will post momentarily and find a way to jump in. Gotta read to catch up first.
Cynder
That is an atrocious lie, how dare you. I'll havwe you know that I am a world-class slacker, second to none! Don't denounce my talents with your slanders. Also you have some time, because I have to write out a page or two describing the magnificent death of Ghazghkull the Crazy Bastard, introduce the plot's antagonist, and describe the exhibit directly to our heroes' right, through the archway.
---
"Oh, my, oh, my. What a great fuss. It seems as though I've made a mistake--and I'm terribly sorry, my good guests." The voice, sounding all too much like glass cracking, resounded through the halls as if our heroes sat at the pit of a dragon's belly. The paintings clattered against the walls like hail against metal. The occupants of the room found it rather hard to move, for a moment. A light began to materialize around the Orc, Ghazghkull, until he was but a silhouette, however all else in the exhibit dimmed to a dusky shadow. "I won't have you ruining this. Begone." Sung with a malicious finality, those words triggered a huge, blinding flash--and when the grains cleared from the onlookers' eyes, there was no Orc to been found. What stood in his place? A line of dazed individuals, as groggy, disoriented and confused as the first guests had been only ten minutes before.
---
It may not seem as important as what had just taken place, but it might be worth it to mention what one might face in the east-wing exhibit--just down the hall, there, if you'll look. The room where they'd enter the museum was rather small and ordinary, compared to this behemoth and its goliathan cousin, which it was connected to. A might bit friendlier as well, considering the detached, cruel way the previous exhibit had let them know what situation they were faced with. It was a giant movie theater! A treat, don't you think?
The room was nearly a football field in length, with enough seats to pass as a modern Colosseum. At both sides of the screen, there were doors labeled in neon green: "EXIT". Under the balcony of the 1'st class seats, there was a small door to one, far side. Taped to it were ten pieces of printer paper, all reading, "DO NOT OPEN THIS DOOR". Of course, none of this matters much anyways. The participants are rather busy in the first exhibit at the moment.

I can start another CS if you want? I mean right now
SgtEasy
Yeah, absolutely, if you want to! I hope this ain't a bummer, man.
This role play is absolutely great actually. It's got an interesting concept that I like. I am sorry if it is ruining the experience with Ghazghkull there. I can make a new character draft and you can kill him off if you want? I don't know though. Ghazghkull is amusing but I feel like he is like a god to others in the room.
SgtEasy
You got to it before I did, apparently. Thanks for being mature and reasonable about that, because I think I might have to.
Honestly, I don't like the way SgtEasy's character is. He's distracting from everything related to the art hall and I feel he is godmodding because he's implanting all these memories and using all kinds of psychic powers to make people go mad. It's like he has hijacked the RP. Honestly, I'd like it if he was nerfed a little, because all of my posts are just responding to the hell he's raising. I doubt the entity behind this art hall would allow it anyways.
Inkdrop
I felt like that too when I was writing that last post. He is like that but I was thinking that Ghazghkull is a bit of a god compared to the people in this exhibit. He has a lot of power but compared to others in the 40k universe, he really is just a small upstart. In a world with Gods and Goddesses, he is small. I understand you calling me out for god modding and I heartily agree that I need to be needed in some way. I feel though to keep with his character, the way you nerf Ghazghkull has to be amusing at least. I understand.
SgtEasy
Here's the thing--that's the definition of godmodding. You can't have a god in the RP, you can't have someone reign over everyone else. You can't control the direction the whole plot's going by yourself. Honestly, I love your character and he makes me laugh, but when you cast it in that light I might have to roleplay him out. *disciplined himself before I got to it. Foiled again! Do you think that if I have the exhibit lay the smack down on him or strip him of his powers, he'll knock it off a bit? Otherwise I'm going to have him thrown out and you can write up a new character.

I was going to mention that to him in a pm, so no need to call out. Either way, the entity is going to get angry. Appreciate the input though, I'll try to enforce these things a bit better.
I don't know. I love just seeing reactions. Especially to things that may confuse people. I've always been an observer irl, and it's transported to my internet persona. Also, if the chaos I have made in the exhibit has made things more difficult for you, I am sorry. I know it is very hard to GM these types of role plays where you can't predict what the other people are going to do because you may not know them irl, and we are behind a computer screen and not gathered around a board, rolling dice.
SgtEasy
Don't worry friend, by "host" I wasn't referring to myself. I, personally, am finding this a bit difficult to keep up with but amusing all the same. By "host" I meant the primordial and angry sentience that brought all your characters here. That's what Ghazghkull should look out for. Though this is indeed way harder than a tabletop, somehow. I'm a little bit concerned over how well I'm doing as a GM--are you guys happy with how it's going so far?
So I presume P.E.K.K.A. is accepted?
Mtntopview
Don't presume anything, but yes.

Hey everybody, calm ya juvenile titties. I'm gone 7-8 hours a day, and if it weren't for the terrible weather I wouldn't be posting as much. So I might be a little slow, and you might have to wait on me. Sorry?
So, to answer your questions and update you on shit!
1. I'll extend the character limit to twenty, but beyond that it might get a little hectic. Post your characters, guys, I wanna see 'em. I'm also thinking of kicking Alexjit's character because he isn't posting, 2. Yes, you have to contribute to society. Ha. 3. The paintings illustrate everything there is in the universe, and your character will be able to visualize everything the exhibit shows them. You might find your own memories, or an illustration on people you've met before, but you will also be able to see other people's memories, like Garry's portrait from Ib. The portraits can be anything but the exhibit will show your character something they can recognize from their own life, to mess with them. 4. Fair warning: be careful with how much action you stir up in the exhibit. Your host will not appreciate it. 5. Also from now on I'd like to ask if you guys could put your images in hiders when posting in IC/OOC? Sorry if it's trouble. My computer's slow as hell. I have a question of my own. Why does SgtEasy crave our reactions so much? Do they keep him/her young and vivacious? Does he/she roll them into a blunt and smoke them?
