All points considered, it should remain strictly in the IC section or at least that's how most GMs decide to design it. Surely, we all have our own ideas, I was speaking more of a discussion, plotting chat. Maybe just a hang-out, since there seems to be tons of (no offense) silly questions asked in the OOC. Of course, it'd only be an idea, simply a way to keep posters distracted aside from posting constantly. Again, apologies if I'm being too ambitious.
