epos would walk in and looks around at the furniture deciding to get the essentials chairs table couch bed and the rest of the items needed to fully furnish a house and walks up top the counter with a check list of all he needs and rings the bell on the counter-
he nods and starts unpacking as he takes out his armor as his horn glows forming a stand as he puts his armor on it as its almost like one of the boutique mannequin ponies but wearing his armor as he gets up taking the 3 gold bars and walks out locking the door behind him, and goes to look for a furniture store-
he starts filling out the paper work as he signs his name- epos okoto and dates after each and puts down the clip board-

his eyes narrow at the slick tone as he speaks- are you the one i talk to about purchasing this living space? cause if you are id like to know how much it will cost for it as i have limited money as i dont know where a money converter as i have come from half way across the world for a change of scenery and a start at a new life.

-he would smile- "it would be simpler if you just showed me kind sir just till i get used to the area." -he would relax putting the bits back into his bag along with the gold bars he would take out an old map in his bag showing most of equestria when it was ancient as his horn glows releasing a beam of magic updating the map and puts his hoof on a little blinking dot showing his location as it zoomed in revealing the streets- "ok then."
well what kind of living space will 3 gold bars and 100 bits get me? -he would speak as he tilts his head not knowing where any of those places are as hes still new to the neighborhood.- i have no preferance to be honest just somewhere nice. -the wind would kick up as his hair would flow in the wind as it is quite long but very well managed-
