Interesting! I am certainly interested in participating in this RP.
Just a few questions: By advanced standards I guess you mean proper grammar and spelling. But what s your desire length of posts? 3 Paragraphs? 5?
Second question: How do you plan to lead the RP? You let the players lead it? Are you going to have your own character that makes sure we are on the right path or are you going to be some kind of narrator?
One week have gone since the last message was posted in this thread. Should we proclaim that this RP is dead?
Ok I made some calculations. If we assume the 7 starting hexes represent our capital with lands and surrounding villages and that we start out small I would suggest 2000 km^2 is the size of a hex. Sounds reasonable? And about mythological creatures, what kind of mythology are we talking about? Nordic? Roman? Greek?
Magic is great and can be much fun, but only if the GM sets clear rules on how it works. To me it feels like magic can be super good if used well and game breaking if it isn't. Oh Another question. How large do you estimate a hexagon is?
I am interested as well! Will the RP have random events and disasters such as famine or earthquakes or is that up to the player if they want to add a little extra spice?
-"Maid!" You shout, hoping someone would hear you. It only took a couple of seconds before a maid came inside. She was dressed in the usual black and white maid dresses.

-"Yes my princess?" She asked as she curt you.

-"Send a request to the royal tailor. I need a spectacular attire for tomorrows festival."

-"Yes my princess." She curt you again and leaved you at peace.

[It's on a very short notice. But I really need something good for this occasion.*[/I]

The next day you wake up early to get to the mornings lessons. Today was reserved for making sure you are prepared for the festival. You go through logistics, you learn about tradition and the royals part of the ordeal.**

-"Oh did your father mention yesterday you are going to hold a speech at the end of the ceremony? Your father usually holds one at the end of the ceremony but since you are attending you are supposed to do it now. It's a great boost for your publicity."

A speech? I'm not prepared for this what am I going to do?***

Before you get the chance to answer you get interrupted by someone stepping in.

-"My princess the royal tailor is up in your room waiting for you to try your new dress." It's one of the castle guards who came in.

-"Well I guess we covered most of the things. You go up and put on that dress. Meet me at the courtyard in an hour and we make our way to the festival." Your tutor urge you away and you obey.

When you step inside your are met with sleep deprived eyes from a slender man with a thin moustache.

-"Oh my princess! Good that you could come this quickly. I wasn't very sure about your measurements so the dress might be a bit big on you, but try it on and I can make some changes quickly if needed." There is a mannequin with your dress on in the middle of your room. It's a red dress going slightly below your knees. Its arms are wide and a little transparent giving it a pinkish colour. The shoulders are a little puffy and a golden ribbon goes from the left shoulder across the dress. The part below the waist is slightly widen too and have a beautifully golden lining on it. When you try it on it actually fit you perfectly.

A) I simply love this dress! Thank you so much!

B) I guess it's ok, I am going to be around commoners so it will do.

C) Really? Was this all you could come up with? I can't wear this to any festival!

-"I think I'll go father. Afterall it can't be that bad right?"

-"Of course it won't be my little princess. Now go tell meister Greenwhich while I'll make some preperations for your depature."

-"Yes father."

You step out and head for your tutors office. You walk through the many corridors leading through the castle. The maids curtsy you "My princess." as you pass them and the guards straight their backs as you pass. It was embarassing for a while when you were younger but you grew to get used to it. It served a great reminder that you are a person of great importance. When you finnaly reach your tutors office you repeat your earlier procedure and step in. You find Meister Greenwhich sitting in his bed reading a big book.
When he notice you he puts down the book and gets out of bed.

-"Sakura good to see you again. I believe you have brought me a desicion."

-"I have meister Greenwhich. I'd be very happy to visit the carnival."

-"Wonderful! We leave high noon tommorow. Make sure you bring a good mood and make yourself presentable for the people. I've cancelled any lessons for this evening for you to prepare. Now if you excuse me I need to get back to this very important book."

-"Thank you for your time meister." You turn around and walk out of his office, heading for your room. You must admit that this whole ordeal is pretty exciting.* When you get inside you begin to excavate your wardrobe for what to wear.

What should I wear really? I never really been outside. What do they wear? Maybe I should go with something simple so I fit in. But I am the princess. It might be better if I show them how great of a princess I am?

A) I go with something simple. They people might get jealous if they see me in too good looking clothes.

B). I take my favourite clothes. I show them just how good my taste in clothes is!

C) Nothing here won't cut it. I need a new attaire, so epic no one can deny my superiority!

A/N: It have been some time since my last post. The main reason is life but I also needed to write down the many branches this story have. From this point the time between posts will be much shorter!
-"Well who am I to question you, of course the heroine knows the best! But at least stay behind us in that case, wouldn't want that precious dagger of yours to get bloody now wouldn't we? We need to leave, you ready?"

-"Yeah... Let's go."

Fuaad sighed and took the lead next to Jake.

-"You know what my father used to told me Jake? Women are the incarnation of obstinance. My mother was obstinate, my grandmother was obstinate, my girlfriend was obstinate and so was my wife. Now we get to deal with another obstinate woman! It doesn't matter if it's the end or the world or the happiest day of their life, they know best and nothing else. You feel me Jake?" Fuaad looked at his companion, receiving no answer as usual. "If I made you laugh, would that win me the game? 'Cause making you laugh, or speak for that matter, is harder than riding one of those creatures with your hands tied behind your back."

A very eventless hour went by.

-"Hey... Someone mentioned earlier... Didnt the orange line use to be partially on ground level?" Shirly broke the very uncomfortable silence.

-"You are right, my ancestors used to travel with that line. But the tunnels crumbled and a new tunnels were made, so it's safe. But keep your eyes open, we might find some plant life if you are lucky!"

I would kill to feel grass under my bare feet. It would be glorious.
The last hours had been silent, almost painfully silent. Fuaad hadn't comment on Shirlys explination, he just accepted it and nodded. For Fuaad to be silent for the most of the trip to Haggerston was unusual indeed. Still he had a very legitimate reason to be.

I send you a silent prayer, everyone lost through the many battles here, may your soul have made through the roof of dangers...

When Fuaads grandfather died at Haggerston he was only ten. It was a hard lost for him and the Packistani community. He was a great man and a leader, but going against these "creatures" was his last and most stupid desicion.

-"Guys! Haggerston, guys! We've reached Haggerston!" Shirly seemed overwhelmed with this, in Fuaads opinion, quite undwewhelming feat. But every new step is indeed a big one, small or not. "I'm exhausted. Let's rest for a moment, aye?"

-"Just a short while, the quicker we move the better. Don't want to be caught with our pants down would we?" Fuaad feel a slight nudge and see Jake walking up to a rock. He decides to follow and see what he wants.

-"What do you want Ja... Oh my. This is bad."

Where Jake sits is an awe-inspiring clawmark, soaked in its victims blood. It seemed kinda old but still... Could it get here once it could do it again. Jake looks up at Fuaad and point at Shirly. It takes a moment for Fuaad to realize what he means.

-"Well shit, let me handle it Jake. Keep a close eye for anything that moves. We move ASAP."

Fuaad walks quickly up to Shirly and quickly snitches her dagger from her belt. Inspecting it Fuaad see it's hardly used for what it's intended, even less for fighting.

-"I'm sorry Shirly but this simply won't do. Take my pipe, it isn't much but it might save your life. This knife is as useful at fending off creatures as wiping your ass with sandpaper." He gives her a concerning look, showing he is not joking around, much. "We need to leave, you ready?"
-"I fucking knew it!" The guard storms out of the room and you can hear Helen scream outside.

I am so sorry...*

You let sleep catch you once more and you shut your eyes with conflicted feelings.

Three days goes by. You are in the bed still rather shook up from the beating the man gave you. Lilly made sure everything was good, she had been like a second mother for you during these past days. She checked on you often and made sure everything was fine. You didn't speak much to her but you made sure she knew about her being appreciated. But today you got tired of laying in the bed, you had rested enough! Lilly walks in the middle of you getting up.

-"How are you feeling Jane?" She asks, slightly worried

-"I'm fine thank you. I think I recovered enough."

-"I'm glad to hear that, but what are you going to do now? You know you are always welcome to stay here as long as you work but I can't really afford to keep you as a guest much longer..." She looks away trying to hide her disappointment in herself. When Helen got dragged away to the executioner Lilly took over the Brothel. She'd let go of anyone whom didn't want to stay, but surprisingly many of the girls didn't find their new life too freighting.

-"I know Lilly, I'm awfully thankful for you hospitality but I'm not certain if this is a place for me. But I do have a question: Have you seen Marco? He is one of the boys that got here at the same time as me?"

-"Sorry I haven't seen him in two days. He left when I offered him and ran away with a girl, I think Jenny was her name."

Marco...**

-"So what will it be Jane?"
