Evon nodded having understood his words completely. She knew that he hadn’t forgotten his wife, perhaps he was still sore about it as well since the topic was hard to bring up. Nonetheless she was fine with the way things were, yes her parents had hoped that they would be a couple to ease Mathias’ loneliness and Evon’s worries, but that was handled now despite them not being a couple so there was no reason to be upset about it. Except she was a little, she was beginning to like the man and knowing that he was having trouble moving on did make her wonder if he ever would. She didn’t want her feelings to develop but avoiding him would be obvious and he would get lonely again. “Thanks for telling me though, I understand why I was sent to you,” she mentioned guessing that her age wasn’t exactly a huge factor like she thought it originally was.

Her eyes went straight out the window when he slowed down, the road slimmed down as well as she glanced outside seeing a lot of greenery. “Are we lost?” she asked softly wondering if this was the right path. She had expected another mansion since Mathias seemed to have enjoyed the luxury life. But instead she saw an old looking garage. Mathias had figured that he’d let her see for herself if they were lost since he hadn't replied. Once they were in she was surprised to see how well kept it was on the inside. It was modern and honestly resembled nothing like it had on the outside. Finally Mathias had explained to her their location and she nodded in understanding why it had looked the way it did on the outside. “So we’ll be staying here for the day?” she asked sounding almost eager to explore. It probably had really nice looking rooms if the garage was this good. Once they were outside she spotted the other vehicles, guessing that the rest were already here. "I can't wait to see Mary," she mentioned before spotting the elevator.
Evon had immediately regretted her question and her joke when she saw how serious he looked. She didn't know why he suddenly got so serious but she assumed it was because she had said something wrong. Or perhaps she had brought up a topic not worth dicussing? Whatever the case it worried her as she bit down on her lower lip, guessing he would probably kick her out. Though once he spoke of getting the card no matter if she stayed with him or not brought confusion to her face. "No, no I want to stay with you," she mentioned quickly before realizing it could be taken in a shallow way. Who wouldn't want a life of luxury?

Evon paused though when she heard him sigh. Listening quietly she was a little surprised that her parents had done that but she was also having trouble believing it. Mathias hadn't recovered had he? He still thought about his wife, he wouldn't even talk to her about it, how could they ever be a couple. Her parents simply didn't want him to be alone, she could easily fulfill that part. They didn't need to be a couple, she figures her staying with him was enough to make him feel less lonely.

"I'm glad you think like that, I'm sure my parents just wanted the best for both of us. I mean you feel less lonely now don't you? We don't have to be a couple... It obviously makes you uncomfortable and I understand. I understand it completely but I do like living in the manison with you...that's why I'm glad to hear that you're alright with letting me stay," she said with a smile. She stared at him knowing his eyes were fixed on the road ahead but he was listening carefully.
Evon rolled her eyes, “If you’re going to give me a picture make sure you look good in it at least,” she playfully joked though she looked at him a little more seriously when he mentioned slowing down. “I’m fine with this speed, just need to get used to it,” she assured him as he continued at that speed. She however wasn't too surprised that he seemed hesistant about letting her drive back. Who wouldn't be since she hadn't been driving for long nor had she ever had a car so nice. Ruining it would be probably quite bad… he may even scold her for it though she was entirely unsure about it. “Really?” she replied sounding more shocked that he had even agreed to the idea. “Serious? I won’t drive dangerously!” She replied sounding rather giddy now that he was granting her permission to drive. She couldn't wait to test drive it herself knowing she could push it to its limits but of course she needed to be careful. She was beginning to feel the perks of being rich, having someone tend to you all the time. Having nice cooked food every day and being surrounded in all sorts of rooms. She was living the life some would die for.

She quickly turned the music down when he was pulled over, looking worried she stared at him wondering if he would get arrested. They were going beyond the speed limit so she was assured he’d be in serious trouble but Mathias didn't show any kind of worry on his face. Instead he replied the officer in a cocky manner showing his ID with a smug look. Her jaw lowered slightly in shock that the officer was letting him go, she blinked when Mathias took his ID putting it away in his wallet she was filled with questions. “Hardly? You could get away with anything with that,” she replied almost dumbfounded. Though when he mentioned getting her one she was a little surprise herself, would she be living with him after he was done being her guardian? Didn’t he feel it was weird? “Um.. you don’t mind me living with you after the time of being my guardian is up? I thought you would have kicked me out or something,” she spoke truthfully. She figured the reason why she was living such a nice lifestyle was because he had owed her parents. Once he was done she was nothing to him… there was no need to spend needless money on her when she wasn't a child of his own. Their relationship was more than just him being a guardian though. She was beginning to truly like the man. “Well I wouldn't mind really. I guess I best behave if I don’t want to be sent to you in handcuffs,” she joked softly.
Evon chuckled, “I think the term is the back of my hand?” She wasn’t too sure herself since she rarely used this term. However she was glad to hear that he knew this area well, it meant that there was a lesser chance of swerving off the road by accident. “I know I can, but I’m just a little hesitant looking away from you for a second,” she mentioned showing that she was a little nervous about the higher speeds. Though she hadn’t realized how her words could be taken another way. She easily got used to it though the longer he kept at the same speed the more comfortable so she figured he would slowly increase the speeds. Nodding to him she leaned forward turning the radio on though most of it was pretty noisy for her ears. She kept switching the channels until she found a channel that provided lounge music. She grinned to herself leaving it there since she enjoyed lounge music quite a bit. There was something about it that made it easier for her to relax.

“So… can I drive us on the way back?” she asked with a quirky grin. A part of her figured he wouldn’t agree since he probably didn’t trust her to speed as well as he did still it was worth a trying asking. “I’m a pretty good driver too, though I haven’t been driving for a long period of time,” she joked softly.
((Haha alright))

Evon nodded, two hours wasn’t too long. Plus hearing that one of his friends was cooking was a delight to know. She watched the mansion grow smaller as they continued on the road, the seats were heated and she was feeling rather cosy despite not being in the car for long. “I am excited, maybe a little more than I should be, but I blame the car for that. I love driving, especially speeding, gosh it’s just so thrilling,” she was oozing out with excitement with just talking about speed. “I can’t wait to see her, she didn’t stay long last time so it would be nice to spend some time with her,” she added on also feeling eager to meet his friends since they looked fairly close for a long period of time.

She watched the light and it almost felt like a race with how fast he put the car in. He was climbing speeds rather quickly and she stared outside watching the things go by fairly quickly. “Isn’t it a bit dangerous to be speeding on roads like these? I mean it’s easy to swirl off it since they aren’t wide.” She spoke sounding rather calm about it on the outside. Evon however was growing a little worried as he continued up to 200. She was used to speeding herself but she wasn’t scared when she had full control of it whereas she was putting her life in his hands. “You’re not going to crash us are you?” she jokingly teased though there was a little hint of concern. She thought they would be speeding down the highway but now that she really thought about it, it was highly unlikely because they would only get pulled over for doing it. Evon had taken her boots boots off since she felt it would be more comfortable having her feet free since the boots had a bit of heel on them.
Evon smiled at his words, he was quite the gentlemen since he followed true to his words. She thanked him politely, guessing that she had made a good choice with her clothes since he liked them. Well she had hoped he did. Having opened the door she spotted one of his sports car outside and ready to go. She was surprised that he was taking such a flashy car since she figured it would have been two hour drive he would have chosen something more comfortable like his BMW. Nonetheless she was happy with his choice because it meant they could go fast just how she liked it.

Turning her head as he spoke to her she was a little surprised that he had read her mind. “I would love to go all out with a car like this; I mean might as well see how fast it goes.” She mentioned smirking. She waved good by to Linda knowing she would see her the next day or so, though she was a little curious to the fact that they hadn’t packed anything for the trip. She wasn’t really sure what would be happening so she figured it would be best to leave it as a surprise. Putting her seat belt on she heard him climb in as Martin said goodbye, soon the two servants waved as Mathais drove to the gate. “So I’m guessing we’ll reach there in no time?” she asked sounding rather excited about the trip. It was fairly early in the evening so they hadn’t had anything to eat or drink yet but since the trip was fairly short she was assured they’d have something once they reached. “Are you excited to see your friends? Has it been a while?” she asked sounding rather curious.
Evon stared at the outfits before nodding. She had bought a few so she figured it wouldn't take long, plus it helped that she was a fast changer. She found that most of the dresses that Linda had gotten her were incredibly soft and soothing on the skin. She had enjoyed the feeling of it despite how it showed her legs. Eventually Evon settled on a simple dress with leggings since it would be good for the cold weather. It was comfortable and casual so she was fairly happy with her choice. “Do you think you can do my hair?” she asked her, she wanted to have her hair fish braided since it was long enough to be done. Linda couldn't help but chuckle at her question as she nodded slowly, “Of course miss,” she said before motioning for her to sit down.

Once Evon was dressed she left her room with Linda behind her, heading her way straight down since she knew she had taken a bit of time. He had woken up early because he wanted to leave early, so it was natural that she had to be a little quicker not to hold him back from his time schedule. Once she spotted him, she smiled having already put on her boots. “Sorry did I take long? I wasn't sure of what to wear since all the clothes were really soft,” she explained as Linda chuckled from behind. “Miss. Lyren, your scarf.” Linda spoke as she offered it to her. Evon thanked her with a smile and it wasn’t long until she heard the car horn from outside front door, she guessed that Martin had already brought the car over during the time she was changing.

“Shall we?” Evon asked him with a raised brow, moving to open the door for them.
((Sorry it’s been a while so I’ve forgotten a few small minor things. :( And her name is Linda :3))

Evon hadn’t realized that Mathias was awake until he spoke, replying Martin’s question. Blinking with surprise she turned to see him looking rather lazy in bed. “Ah.. that. I had forgotten,” she muttered soon remembering that he had in fact mentioned it a few days back. It must have slipped her mind since she had quite a bit of fun the day before. She lifted her head when she heard someone else come in though she recognized her as Linda. Mathias had assigned her to tend to her needs despite her assurance that she would be fine on her own.

“Ah.. alright then,” she replied before glancing back at Mathias. “I’ll just go get changed then so we can head out early,” she spoke. Setting the cup down she smiled and left the room, following Linda back to her own room. She was glad that she hadn’t mentioned anything about the two sleeping together since she found it a little embarrassing. “Did you sleep well?” she asked her sounding rather curious about it, Linda smiled and assured her that she had slept well that day. When they reached her room Linda moved straight to the closet needing to pull out the bed so that there was room to see everything inside. “So… what is appropriate for meeting his friends?” she asked her maid unsure of it herself. Evon had always preferred her jeans and shirt, casual wear was always so much more comfortable. She was out of her comfort zone with the dress she wore for her date yesterday, but Mathias had seemed to like it.
“Did you sleep well sir?” Martin asked as he gently poured a cup of tea for him. It was fairly early and quite obvious that Mathias much rather stay in bed. “I have readied your clothes,” he added with a smile.
Evening had come a lot sooner for Evon, then again they had gone to bed fairly late the day before. She was thankful that she had slept well in his arms as strange as it was considering how it was the second time sleeping together like this. They were slowly spending more and more time together, yesterday’s date was more than pleasant, a movie and a wonderful dinner that was beyond words. She was slowly forgetting the pain of her parents’ death. Just maybe he could help her move on with her life, despite having to follow rules like going to University.

Evon was woken up by the soft knocking on the door, her blurry mind slowly coming to surface as she opened her eyes revealing dark beautiful emerald eyes, the very same ones her mother too had. Groaning slightly she lifted her head only to see Mathias still asleep, though she was assured that wouldn't last long. Gently pulling away she heard the door open as Martin came in smiling at the two though her cheeks burned a darker shade of red not really liking the fact that she was caught in bed with him since they hadn’t really done anything. “Good morning, lady Evon. Sorry to disturb, but it is time to rise,” he informed before bringing in what looked like a cart of things. Rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand she let out another yawn curious to what it was he was bringing in though Martin eventually stopped beside the bed, pouring two cups of what looked like tea. “Master, it’s time to wake up,” he informed as he left the cart to open the curtains, opening them fully the light of the moon broke through landing perfectly on Mathias’s face. “You've got quite the day after all.” He mentioned, knowing that Matthias had informed him to wake him up for the next night since he was going to make a trip to see his friends of course probably to discuss something important, as for what he was unsure.

Evon’s braided hair was a little messy from the sleep she had, but thankfully it hadn’t broken out since it would be all over the place. Lifting the cup she quietly drank a bit, liking how it warmed up her body a bit. The feeling was a little strange, being pampered especially this early in the evening was new to her, but bit by bit she was managing to accept it. She remembered the distasteful things she had said to Matthias when she had arrived, especially with the rules he had placed onto her was somewhat annoying but he had his obvious reasons for it. "Is there something going on today?" she asked only for Martin to chuckle. "You best ask Master about that," he replied as he moved over to the closet to ready his clothes. This only further her interest more as she turned her attention to the vampire in bed with her.
