One day his time shall come.

Not if I can help it.
Brad did a small double-take as Tsukiko began to whisper in Shinrei's ear. Since she said that she had no friends but her family... No wonder the poor girl was so messed. With family like that distasteful Light dormer, who needed enemies?

But relation to newfound friend or no, Brad would not let such a divisive person continue to spout such spiteful words. This guy had earned a ticket to Pissed-Off-Bradsville. Population: 1 Duel Style Ass Whoopin'.

Well, at least, that was the plan. Given his current record, it seemed more than a little possible that he might lose and this important lesson would backfire. Perhaps he should've stayed out of this whole ordeal.. But he remembered he wasn't alone in this endeavor.

As he followed Shinrei, ignoring his snide remarks, he turned to his partner. The Wind dorm student had a glint in his eye, a hunger that Brad had seen on the pitch with his teammates, moments away from sweet victory. Vincent wanted this win, as much if not more than Brad did.

"Let's show this guy what a team can do, y'know?" he said, with a determined shine in his own narrow dark brown eyes as they arrived at the arena. Taking up his position on the left of Vincent, he locked eyes with his opponent. Time ta nut up or shut up! as Coach always said.

There needs to be a slight wording change on that. Switch the "Once per turn," at the start to put "This effect of 'Zephyrina, The Vacuum Maiden' can only be used once per turn." after the effect. Otherwise, the Once per turn only applies to the individual card not all cards named Zephyrina.

EDIT: Here's my proposed revision.

Name: Zephyrina, The Vacuum Maiden
Level/rank: LV 3
Attribute: DARK
Monster Type(s): Spellcaster
Effect: When this monster is Normal Summoned: Shuffle one card from your hand into your deck and target one face-up monster your opponent controls; banish the target. This effect of 'Zephyrina, The Vacuum Maiden' can only be used once per turn. At the End Phase, if you used this effect; shuffle this card into your deck.
ATK/DEF 1200/1100
500th IC goes to me. Suck it, dweebs.
Brad felt a tad confused as he was given Tsukiko's D-Ceiver number. He supposed it was her lack of experience in making friends explained the... odd way she went about it, but it was still off-putting. Regardless, he ripped a piece of his own paper and scribbled his own number down messily before handing it to Tsukiko.

However, he snapped back into focus as Transformer belted out the plans for today's class: Tag Duels. And his partner was someone he had just met. Brad couldn't help but feel a little disappointed that he wouldn't get teamed up with Nathaniel, but he supposed it was for the best. Their decks did not have any real synergy and he would feel guilty about potentially holding his friend back.

"Howdy," he said to Vincent, his tone polite but not particularly enthused. "I'm Brad an' it looks like we're bein' partnered up."

Then Shinrei opened his mouth.

Brad clenched his fists as the arrogant student badmouthed... well, everyone really. Brad wasn't about to allow that kind of attitude to coast on by.

"The only thing second-rate here is yer attitude," said Brad, moving his large frame down the stairs. "Bein' a team player means respectin' yer friends an' allies. I won't stand for ya badmouthin' mah friends, y'know?" He looked down at the Light Dorm student, his eyes burning with disgust.
Teamed with Vincent? Time for Brad's first ever piggyback ride.
Hey so @LunarStandard pointed out a better way to phrase the 1 Worm Counter effect.

*1 Worm Counter: Immediately after this effect resolves; Normal Summon a Reptile-type "Worm" monster from your hand, but treat it as being 2 Levels lower.
Yeah, works for me. Kinda bummed it ruins the odd number aesthetic but I can see the issue.

Reworked with both your and Stan's suggestions taken into consideration.

Name: W Nebula - Galactic Kingdom
Type: Field Spell
Effect:
*When a Reptile-type "Worm" monster is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: place 1 Worm Counter on this card.
*All Reptile-type "Worm" monsters on the field gain 100 ATK and DEF for every Worm Counter on this card.
*Once per turn: You can remove 1, 3, or 6 Worm Counters; Activate the corresponding effect:
**1 Worm Counter: Immediately Normal Summon a Reptile-type "Worm" monster from your hand with 1 less Tribute.
**3 Worm Counters: Add 1 "Worm" or "W Nebula" card from your deck to your hand, except "W Nebula - Galactic Kingdom".
**6 Worm Counters: Change the battle positions of all face-up monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position. Monsters changed to face-down Defense Position by this effect cannot change their battle positions until the opponent's next Main Phase 2.

Speaking of Field Spells...

*Once per turn: You can remove 1, 3, or 5 Worm Counters; Activate the corresponding effect:
**1 Worm Counter: Immediately Tribute Summon a Reptile-type "Worm" monster from your hand with 1 less Tribute.
**3 Worm Counters: Add 1 "Worm" or "W Nebula" card from your deck to your hand, except "W Nebula - Galactic Kingdom".
**5 Worm Counters: Change the battle positions of all face-up monsters on the field to face-down Defense Position. Monsters changed to face-down Defense Position by this effect cannot change their battle positions until the opponent's next Main Phase 2.

Not sure if I've given the right costs for the effects on it. It should be noted that the Tribute Effect of it is kinda useless with King and Queen, since it wouldn't change their effect and is more to make the Level 5s and 6s usable. Also, the Tribute Summon done via the effect does count as your Normal Summon.
