From what I gather the PA's are a group of aspiring young people who wants to get in to the business, and they get to do all the trivial stuff like copying and setting upp for meetings and going on coffee runs. It seems like the thing you guys are planning is more of a personal assistant.
Eh, I'm not sure that's exactly it. At least according to Wikipedia, it's a more complex job then that. But I could do a personal assistant position too :D
