So we have a EOD specialist, a Grenadier, a sniper, and 2 CQC. Looks like we could use a medic or couple or riflemen.

Name: Azra
Race: Angel(Mercy - The Angel of Death, providing mercy to those departed souls prior to their judgement)

Gender: Female

Appearance: Stands about 5'7", black hair and brown eyes. Azra possesses large translucent wings that are capable of going from completely invisible to solid white feathered wings.

Personality:

History:
Unlike many of her fellow angels Azra had once been a human, living in the era of Greek expansion. Born a peasant of Corinth, Azra was able to see departed souls from an early age. A skill is would later learn signify her place in heaven. Around her 20th year Greece experienced an increase of demonic activity. Azra herself was specifically targeted. Experiencing many temptations in order to sway the use of her power to their side. Though she did not falter, Azra suffered for it, being branded as an evil spirit by the humans around her. She was eventually executed after sever torture.

Upon entry into heaven Azra was given the place in heaven of an Archangel, tasked with testing the souls of those newly departed and delivering them to their appointed destination. Over the many Millenia Azra watched over the humans, inspiring acts of mercy and valor in times of war. Providing comfort and rest to the weary souls of those effected by that most deadly of human innovations. Over the years she became known by many names in as many nations, Azreal, Valkyrie, The Reaper, Judge. Despite the solace such things gave her Azra could never fully purge the indignation from her own soul over her mortal death.

Abilities:
Empathy - Is capable of sensing the emotions of the recently dead as well as darkness of those demons around her, even the unseen.
Exorcism - Though unable to experience death, demons and to a certain extend, fallen, fear the power appointed to Azra. Making her capable of casting out the demonic and purging their darkness from the area. However, higher level demons are resistant even to her.
Soul Collector - Is capable of severing the final thread of life between the soul and body, testing the individual and determining their destination. Providing escort between the plains of existence.

yeah I've been using the official Halo wikia for all the fact checking on my CS. Its where I got most of the dates for the canonical events my character participated in her history.

Star Wars: The Darkstar Station Chronicles

Personality: Sela has a mercurial personality, being noted as compassionate by some, cruel by others. The woman has grown to hate the Jedi and the Republic, suppressing her memories of her time within the Jedi Order. Sela is quick to use violence. She enjoys the idea of killing Jedi, though wrestles with her urges out of loyalty to the Sith. She is also not afraid to use her sexuality to gain what she wants, which is ultimately power and title.

Flaws: Sela was born physically bind. Through out her training she has learned to hone her senses through the force to the point where few realize her handicap. However, do to her dependency on the force her senses are easily exploited and manipulated by those that discovered her secret.

Personal History: Sela was born on Kuat, to an engineering family. Though she was born physically blind several Jedi masters saw the potential in her and was taken to the Jedi temple on Coruscant on her second birthday. During her training Sela excelled in investigative skills, in particular the sharpness of her force enhanced senses, and was noted as being an early candidate for the Jedi Shadow division. However she was passed over numerous times by masters because of a "merciless" personality that caused fear of dark side influences in such a high risk Jedi field. Despite the misgivings concerning Sela's stability, she did none the less make it to the rank of Jedi Knight.

Shortly after her promotion Sela disappeared on a mission to the edges of wild space. Unbeknownst to the Council, Sela had in fact traveled towards the Corporate Sector, seeking out rumors of darkside factions. It was here that she encountered the sith that would become her new master, Darth Sylus. Drawn into a battle against this dark lord Sela was forced to use all her senses in the force, though unable to hold her own against such a powerful sith. For the next several weeks Sela was subjected to torture in an attempt to break her will. Though she held on to her belief in order, it was this belief that the sith were ultimately able to twist and exploit.

Now believing that Republic and their Jedi allies had become the instigator of past wars, in attempts to cull the masses and exterminate other force traditions like the sith, Sela willing submitted herself to her new master. Learning to use her senses to inflict pain on others Sela quickly took to the sith ways, craving her own power base.

I had some questions about the timeline you have for your CS foster. The Battle of Earth and the events of ODST started on Oct. 20th 2552, with the major ground offensive lasting to around Nov, 2nd. Based on the RP discription I would imagine the RP taking place between those two dates. So where did you get 2553? That would put you into the end of the war.

yes I missed that too. However, to be technical it is unknown when the BR85HB SR was manufactured. It doesn't have a canonical date attached to it as opposed to the BR55 (2525). Only that it didn't make its appearance ingame until Halo 4. That doesn't mean it wasn't made and in service prior to that. Given that there is a 27 year gap between the introduction of the BR55 and the invasion of Earth, it was entirely possible that the BR85 was in service. However I did change the weapon in my CS to avoid any more issue.

Personal psych report: Kensi possesses a no nonsense attitude towards many of her fellow soldiers, a personality that has gain her the moniker Ice Queen. One of the few to have lived to see the glassing of her homeworld, Arcadia, Kensi sees sentimentality as detriment to this war. As such she lacks anything to call home, or a reminder of her past. Focusing only on the death of the covenant at any cost.

5/10/2545 - Assigned to 53rd Armor Division during the Battle of Actium
7/3/2545 - Assigned to Operation: TORPEDO, providing support to the Spartans of Beta Company
7/7/2545 - Promoted to Master Sergeant for her actions on Pegasi Delta
7/10/2545 - Court Martial and demoted to Private for assaulting an officer when news reached her that her entire squad would not be reformed after their massive losses during the operation
1/22/2548 - Requisitioned by ONI for several high level missions. Is promoted to Sergeant.
9/9/2549 - Returns to Arcadia for ONI, to research the reasons behind the Covenant attack 18 years prior, and their subsequent reluctance to return. During this time a Covenant fleet returned, leading to the fall of Arcadia. Kensi was able to help lead civilians to evacuate, and hold off Covenant ground forces before escaping. The glassing of her homeworld however left their psychological scars.
5/19/2551 - Was discharged from ONI operations after it was determined her mental fortitude had been shattered on Arcadia
3/1/2552 - Reenlisted at the urging of allies in ONI, joining the ODST with glowing recommendations. All prior work with ONI was officially redacted.
8/6/2552 - Participated in the Battle of Reach. Was evacuated shortly before the fall to receive medical treatment.
10/8/2552 - Cleared to return to duty, assigned to Earth just prior to the Covenant Invasion
