Avery was asleep in the hospital still not knowing the news got wind of this and wa all over her old house, her father and the hspital she was in and doctors were refusing to let them in so Avery could rest with no stress for Avery had enough of this but the news was still going.
"In tonights story a young girl that goes by tthe Name Avery Jones was found in her house that her alcoholic father where she has ben brutely abused to where he almost killed her." THe news lady said another another was near her father. Sir can you explain why you would harm your only child?" the news lady asked. "BEcause everything is that brats fault she is the reason why her motehr left me." He yelled and police restrained him. "No more questions this man is mentally unstable." the officers siad as they dragged Averys father off. THen the New was infront of her hospital. "And we are hre at the hospital that Avery Jones wa rushed to but as you can see doctors and nurses are keeping us ut and check all the patients and otehr staff in case they ahve taken her picture to sell to the press to respect the girls privacy but the question is that is what her father siad true is it her fault that her other left her family." The news person said and it was on at all news station to were the police had to intervean and force them off the premisses.
The doctor sighed and was glad Avery was asleep in her room and not watching tv since the news took over all the channels. "Hopefully the news dies down by tomorrow though i fear it will not so what every happens do not let AVery trun her tv on or radio on if she wants to watch something put a movie in instead." The doctor said and the staff nodded and put it on her door and chart so others would known.

The officer smiled and lead Roland the way to his cop car and let Roland get in before he did and got the car started up. "Alright then all I need is your adress and then we will be off." The officer said as the radi went off andhe ansered. "I am taking the boy back hme then I shall head to the station with the examine report from the doctor." Th officer said as he palced the folder with Avery's name on it on the dash. The perosn on the radio said ok and then he placed his radio down and once he got Roland's adres he started to make his way there.
He drove in the quiet for he needed to be able to hear the radio for him to speed off in a flash. "We should be there in just a few minutes." The officer sad as they drove up to his house and ocne there he pulled up an unlcked his car. "Alright here is my card if the family is willing to take her in have them call me and we will get things straighted out for her and your family." He siad to Roland as he pulled out his card and handed to him so he could have.

The officer aid as he went to te doctor who got a copy of all his finding and the officer went over it again looking at all the pictures while sighing a bit as h looked over it for he has a daughter and e could never imagine doing that to his own but to see another father doing it made him upset. "Man poor kid she has been through so much I still cant believe she is alive." The officer siad as he closed the file.

AVery just listened to to Roland as he explained everything and she was shocked with everything espeically about her dad n custody but she was scared for now she had no place to stay or who will take her in for foster cares scared her for she heard most of them were not that great at all. She just looked at Roland when he asked about her styaed with him and and Steven's family. "I guess so that is if they are willing to have me there and I would not be a burden on them." She said to him for she does not want to cause problems or trouble.

"I am sorry Roland I am feeling sleepy again right now and feel so out of it." he said for her medicine plus anistiecia was not helping her at all. Avery lookd at Roland wen he siad she ws ok a cuple times and just looked at him confused mainly for she was having a hard time remembering what had happened for that was a sideeffect with her at times for after blacking ot she would have a small or large case of amnesia depending the injury. "What about my dad though if he finds out I am in the hospital... She said freaking a bit for she knew hwe dad would not be happy to get another hsopital bill.
"Wait you said police officer?" She asked him for she was confused about why the police as there in the first place. "Why was a police officer at my house?" SHe asked for she never called them and does not really know anyone that would call it in for she believed most people did not care about her. Th nurse walked in and called the doctor when she saw her awake. The doctor came in and started to examine her to see if she ok with her vitals, sight, and functions. "Well things seem to check out but you need to stay in the hospital for a coupple day for you has surgery so want to make sure your recovery is ok and to figure other stuff out." The doctor siad as Avery just was confused for her dad always convinced doctors to lt her go home earlier then she should.
