With the final sparring match finished, Guardian began working out the analysis of each member of the team, working closely with Vita, the two would stay in the observation deck for some time to work everything out.
Animal left his fellow overseer to make his way out to the recruits. All of them looked a bit ragged and tired some even had minor abrasions. He figured that they all knew that this was only the beginning. While Guardian handled things for "normal" human training; combat, tactics, and firearms- Animal held authority in areas of power conditioning and enhancement. See, unlike Guardian, Animal was a titan, he knew exactly what these kids were going through. Perhaps that's what gave him the aura of confidence he carried, one that overshadowed Guardian's. Even more likely, it was Animal's more vast experience in the field that gave him his edge of his peer.
"Well," Animal said as his laughing lines gave way with a small laugh. "That was certainly enjoyable." His tone carried this illusion of sarcasm, coming off as a bit coy and lighthearted if nothing else. "I hope you all aren't too tired, we've still got a big night ahead of us." His seemingly joking nature would probably be a bane for the more serious members of the team, but that was Animal, unrelenting on and off the battlefield. His words were met with a few groans, particularly by Ming, who was already worn out from her fight with Ambrose. These groans were simply met with a grin from the overseer before them.
"Alright, now then. Everyone head to the debrief room. You'll all be given your first mission specs. I'll be right behind you, just need to check up on a few things with Guardian and Vita." With that Animal made his way back to the observation deck, leaving the recruits to make their way to the debriefing room.
As he made his way over, Feng couldn't help but feel knots twisting in his stomach, he couldn't even handle his own teammate. It's not like she had really been trying to kill him, and they were already getting a mission?! Trying to find some resolve, the teen clenched his fist tight, telling himself that this was his choice, he was ready to face the path he had followed. Arriving to the room with his knew teammates, Feng took a deep breath. This still all felt like a dream...a really really horrible one.
