@Kalas: I know it seems a bit unnecessary, but could you possibly put this application on the OCC for the RP? I just ask so everyone in the group can look at the character! But thank you!! I do have a question about the hard-light constructs? Could they possibly weaken with each use or over time? I'm wondering just for balancing purposes. Anyway, he looks good though, just put him in the OCC and he'll be accepted right away, as long as no one else has any questions!

Haha no worries, of course you wouldn't necessarily have to create a naive character, but I understand. If you change your mind later, and would maybe like to create a Sanctum Officer you;'re always welcome back.

I may actually narrow the age to around 18-24ish as it is a military organization. But if you'd like I can offer a position as a outside vigilante or possibly a Sanctum Officer (depending on how the character plays out), though they'd have a smaller role. If you wanted to do this though, you could make a character for the group and have them related (not literally) in some way to your older character, and have the character appear in your missions (if you ever create any).

I really like the character! Though for her form, could we possibly keep her at a normal height? It might be a bit easier for roleplaying purposes in the future.Other than that though she seems good to me! In this RP though everyone is welcome to give a say/ask questions if they have any.
