Hey all, sorry I was away for a day. I'm working on the OOC now! My apologies for it taking a few days, but I've been trying to formulate the best way to RP with a diverse group. I'll also get to reviewing your characters soon. Once I finish the review I will ask you to post it in the "Characters" section of the OC. Thanks everyone for your participation! @Natty Yeah, of course, just a suggestion in case you decided you might want to make some tweaks. I'm in love with the harpoon idea because it just makes him seem like the opposite of Roadhog (who's real name is Mako in reference to sharks) so it just fits too perfectly. I'm trying to think of a passive ability that might work for Nemo- but I'm having trouble as well. Perhaps that just means he is better off without one? Though maybe someone else on the thread can help in this regard.

Also, I'll probably be PM'ing everyone a detailed review of their original characters (unless everyone would be comfortable with it being on the thread). From what I'm seeing so far I have no complaints, and the reviews will mostly be me gushing, asking about compatibility with other characters, and general quandaries.

A fun little question I wanted to throw at the group: If you are playing an original character, what kind of voice lines would your character have in-game? Also, what are some of your favorite voice lines from canon characters?

I'm loving the character sheets so far! I'll be posting the actual OOC page soon! If there's any questions or suggestions for things you'd like to see in this RP please let me know. I want everyone to feel like they can contribute to this RP in a meaningful way if they so desire.

@McHaggisNot sure if I already answered your question, but canons are most certainly welcome. If you'd like to place Lucio, he's all yours!

@Natty I'm really enjoying this character concept so far! Though I think his conceptual design is reading more of a defensive tank, as it seems a few of his abilities are designed to pin enemies down (maybe he could even have an ability that creates a biotic net or something to temporarily trap a group). Either way, I am enjoying the concept. Just wanted to let you know so that you had so motivation to finish him :)

Okay everyone, here is a rough-draft of the character sheet. I call it a rough draft because I'm open to re-examining it or adding in additional sections. Keep in mind for the :Abilities: section that you don't have to include three abilities. In fact, most heroes only have two abilities. You can also have either one or two methods of firing a weapon. You also don't have to have a passive ability. I want there to be some flexibility when designing your character and their abilities.

Just be careful not to take on too much. I think, depending on how many people participate, I may have to limit how many characters one person can have. I'm afraid that we'll end up with overload or if someone ends up being unable to commit- a void being created once they leave. I'm working on the character sheet now along with some ground rules. I should be back on to let you all know in a few hours.

Glad to see more interest! Yes canons are welcomed, and original characters are encouraged. So either one is fine (or both).

@Jensoman For people who aren't able to post too regularly there is the option of being a villain character. You certainly don't have to take this route, but it's recommended. You're more than welcome to play a canon villain or make an OC. Keep in mind that you can still opt to play a hero.
