Evil Empire's Regal Soldier Armor

Huh? Huh?

EDIT: That is one big picture. Allow me to apoligise to your processors.
It was time to go. There was nothing more Liesel could do but wait for judgement. She was just going to have to take it like a man
As she started to walk off, she noticed the crying boy and his relative (Mother? Grandmother?). Despite the woman's best efforts to soothe him, he just wouldn't calm down. He was practically drowning in his own snot when Liesel approached them.
"Go away" the old woman hissed "can't you see you've caused enough trouble?"
Liesel ignored her rudeness, prefer instead to kneel down and place a gentle hand on the child's shoulder.
"Stars and moons and air ballons, fluffy clouds to the horizon, I'll wrap you in rainbows, and rock you to sleep again..."
Maybe it was the fact that it was the 'demon' that was singing to him. Maybe it was the youthful voice and sweet tune. Or maybe it was just that Liesel happened to be good singer. Whatever the reason, the child stopped crying and looked straight at Liesel. And he smiled! It was such a nice smile, if you got past the tear/booger mix plastered across his face.
"You have a lovely son" Liese said to the old woman "He takes after his mother, I see" she thought it better to err on the side of flattery than insult.
Before either could respond, the Kasai hurried off. She had to prepare her defence.
"Oh well, back to the tomb"

Hey, I was accepted and can start IC, no? Don't worry, I'll still update the NS

Yes.

So, are we happy that Khan isn't coming back, and that I can proceed as planned? Or would you like me to wait longer? Not fussed either way.

Khan won't be returning. I don't see why you should wait.

You haven't even explained what a "minor" demon is. Demons in general tend to all be major threats in the first place. You also failed to explain why any demon would choose to form a contract in which they , one in which they apparently gain nothing and there are no drawbacks on the hunter's behalf, which A) isn't a contract, and B) makes no damn sense. And instead of listing a small pool (because there are oh so many types of demons each with their own abilities, traits, and skills, I could spend hours detailing them all), it implies you just summon whatever's convenient.

This exactly.
Do you mean to say that the spell being cast on a coward is far more effective than it being cast on some legendary war hero? What's the point?
An auxillary and a legate go into a battle. Both put up a good fight, but eventually the auxillary runs away when a large legion of veterans charge his position. The Legate tries to see them off, but is pushed back and forced to leg it (Legate, geddit?) when the enemies commander appears and makes a move for him. Both sides ran away, both experienced fear, but it is the different types of fear that made them retreat, and in different doses. One gave in because a large number of superior foes attacked, but the other ran because a lone superior foe attacked. Is the auxillary braver? But the legate stayed on longer. Does experience count? What sort of fear do you feel?
There is no catch-all for brave people and cowards. Different people respond to different stimuluses in the same way. If you cast that spell on someone who is terrified of spiders, then on someone who is scared of heights, does it affect them differently? Why? How?
Any which way, Fear effects are akin to mind control which is banned. No fear spells, please.
As for the summoning issue, Bee has hit the nail bang on the head. Why would demons agree to help their hunter? What's in it for them?
Look at my three 'summons'. I have Ghosts, Wraiths and Revenants. They all have a specific class, abilities and effects - it is clear what is being called if I cast a summoning spell. This also limits me and forces me to choose - A Wraith is stronger, a Ghost won't attack my allies and I might need that corpse later. You, by contrast, have a 'deus ex machina'. You need a strong fighter - go, Demon Knight! Need a sniper - I choose you, Storm Attronach! There is no end to the possibilities and armies at your disposal.
To reiterate a previous point, I can have Ghosts, Wraiths and Revenants. That's it. No Banshees, Poltergeists, Gloom Wraiths, Liches, Zombies, Skeletons or other such undead fiends. You, by contrast, have every mid-to-low level demon available. It's not specific enough at all.
To paraphrase a point put to me earlier, a character who can summon to creatures at a time - an immense task, even for two low-level summons - with an awesome book and god-like spells seems like an end goal, not a starting character. Play a novice, not an archmage. Start with a relatively weak character and build up.
Your character's level is too damn high!
Soveriegn, take your time. I'm not finished my NS, and I'm the GM, so what does that tell you?

Gorgen and Grave both have fair points. No-one has said they outright ban slavery, but no-one has said they endorse it either. It's a natural assumption, I suppose.
Torin, though, does ban slavery. Don't know about anyone else, but slaves are banned in my nation.

does anyone think the number of elves is becoming...>> Too high? I guess we can get it off as them being travellers, but......and Estermere IS a human town, I mean, most of the inhabitants, actual inhabitants, are actual human beings, and......where is our goblin, out of sheer curiosity.

.I'm in no position of power, but something bugs me about Leara's CS. Something I cannot place. I think Wyvern can run through it and (do what he does best:) pick out potential holes that, when filled, make your character much more whole. I for one want more detail about her bio! 112 is a long time to be livin'!Though I'm...just a little hypocritical myself, in saying that...err. Mine isn't too great either, and my character is well over 90....what a shame. Anyway! Yeah!
Wyvern, where's Mortimer! Don't tell me you killed him off too in some freak accident!Feig, back me up on this, you don't want Mortimer dead think of the charges on Liesel. << AGAIN. TO THE CLERGY WITH YOU

I concur, except I can quote specific OPnesses. Dread bolt, for example, causing a feeling of dread and weakness. Where is this limited? How long would it take to wear off? The influence of emotions on player characters is similiar to mind control, which can be used to puppet.
Similiarly, the whole 'summon two of any kind of demon thing'. First of all, two's company, three's a small army. Okay, I'm paraphrasing slightly, but you get the point. In Skyrim, you need a conjuring skill of 90 to summon two demons. 90 out of 100.
Also, any kind of demon? Not familiars or atronachs, bona fide demons. Difficult to control, way too powerful and bloody invincible. Yeah, I summon ghosts, but they're vulnerable to anti-ghost attacks like silver or non-ice magic. My ghosts are weak, pitiful manifestations, shadows of full ghostly glory, but you say you can summon two full-fledged demons - why would you ever need an ally?

Mortimer! Where the hell are you? MORTIMER!
Bing
I'm not going to try and sway you either way, but personally I'd like you to keep going. I think you're doing fine as a gm, and you were considerate enough to warn us that you wouldn't be able to post as much.
If you are leaving, fortis fortuna adiuvat.
If you are staying, thanks

Wyvern
Um... where's my my missive? Where's Mortimer?

Necrotic
You've left a bit of a hole in your post. It doesn't look complete. What has grabbed her attention so much that she didn't notice the woman?
Yeah. Everyone seems to be under the impression Inquisitors didn't care whether you told the truth or lied - you died either way. I don't think it's true. I blame Monty Python.

Ruining character, you say? Mehehe...

Oh no, you really shouldn't. Don't get me wrong, it's masterfully written and it comes from a perspective rarely seen, but Vlad is that bloody descriptive, and I've got a rather... strong imagination. I wish I could unsee.

You can't torture me, I'll just summon the ghosts of past heretics.
I didn't expect the Spanish Inquisition!

Wait, are you planning to put Liesel on the rack? A bunch of elderly priests, tieing fourteen-year-old female 'heretic' to a rack sounds a little bit... have you ever read Lolita by Vladmir Nabokov.
Ugh. Once more, my character will fade into being 'background'. Mid-pubescent necromancers have little to do with politics.
