Alright, tomorrow I am going to post a time skip post to go to the mission period the next morning
READ ME FIRST

So I am posting this first in the interest checks, though it is more over designed to be an OOC starter post, anyways, I am planning for this to be a higher level casual RP, that being said, you don't have to do all the reading before joining the RP, though if you are interested it may be advised you do at least a skim through before we start. Before joining the RP there are three things you have to do!

1) Read the 'GENERAL INFORMATION' Posted below
2) Read the 'RULES' posted below!
3) Message me your character sheet to be approved

I will be available to help with character design and clarification of all the rules and regulations regarding the characters. Please don't be scared off by the character sheets I know they seem a little intense but its not nearly as difficult as it seems. I really hope you join, I think this RP will be fun and interesting!

GENERAL INFORMATION
The year is 2132, you are a student at a government sanctioned, privately run Academy based in the Mt. Cheyenne bunker. The Academy is for Biologically Evolved individuals, the Academy's euphemism for mutation. All information of the Biologically evolved is in the section titled 'GENETIC VARIATIONS'. The Academy has been a safe haven for Biologically Evolved individuals for decades, but now the old Directors of the facility have seemingly disappeared, only to be replaced by a man hell bent on destroying the school.

The technology is advanced, though some areas have regressed to near preindustrial society, so while super advanced technology is available some students will know how to use it and some will never have seen it before.

RULES

1) Please don't control or kill other characters without express permission from the characters owner, or a GM
2) Be sure to send your character sheet to me for approval before posting
3) Please be prepared to be active in the RP
4) RP posts will not be turn based
4) Please add at the end of your character sheet that I had two rule number four's to insure you read the rules
5) If you are inactive in the rp for more then two days without checking into the OOC it may be decided by a GM that your character needs to be controlled or killed
6) Upon your third infraction of rule 5 your character will be killed off, probably in some ludicrous way
7) Please misspell four as for at the end of your bio to prove you honestly read all the rules
8) Please be polite and kind to other players, don't be rude, crude, or vulgar in the OOC, in IC characters may be rude crude and vulgar all they want so long as it is not purposefully an attempt to offend the person behind the character
9) As much as I hate to say it keep the sexin' to a minimum, this isn't an RP for smut. Relationships are okay, and are in fact encouraged, these are people after all, relationships are a driving force in all humans lives, even the evolved ones, but anything past PG-13 please take it into the Private messages.
10) I and any other GMs have the power to add any additional rules as we see fit
11) HAVE FUN

Korrin chose now to walk up to the small interesting group and speak up to offer his services. Those who were left at the table seemed amicable enough, now that the bounty hunter and the mad woman with all her entourage were gone."Hello there," he spoke gently and carefully, choosing his words "I regrettably admit that I have been listening to you as you sat there, and i observed you earlier in the day, while you fought." He admitted the rudeness calmly, moving straight into his offer. "I am a Kin'eko'chi, I know not of your knowledge of my people, but as a child I trained as a pilot, and then as an Uta'eko'kami. I can provide numerous assistances, and your bouty hunting associate would know not who I am. I could be your, as humans love to put it, 'Trick up your sleeve'. Yes?" He asked.

Korrin was hopeful that these people would accept him. He was unsure of how much they would know of the kin'eko'chi, seeing as his species was more or less unknown even in their own star system. On a distant planet like Tryliin very few people had ever met a kin'eko'chi and those rare few that survived the encounter had little positive to say for them.
I see I now need to post joining the conversation finally lol
Kyelin, when I read the last part of your post where it said "We're going on an adventure" all I could think of was the hobbit

And Skull I vote boobtongue lol, but in all seriousness I like the sound of 'The Aurora'
I'm waiting on people to post as well
It was as Connor was finishing what he had found to be a truly delicious kabob (of which he had only eaten the meat, avoiding at all costs the detestable vegetables that people were obsessed with forcing upon both themselves and others) that he had observed, with minor amusement, the 'magic' the sages preformed. It was droll and uninteresting, really a boring stunt, more to stun the masses who had no idea or concept of how optical magic worked, it was clear and apparent that while yes there was a certain amount of energy used by the sages it wasn't nearly as magnificent as it appeared to an untrained observer. Connor noted that while the Phoenix appeared to be massive it was really only a thin layer meant to be visually impairing so as to avoid any close observation, he also noted that while all eight sages on stage appeared to pour energy into it, the construct really only took a minor amount of the magic any of the individual sages should have been able to produce at any given moment. All in all, while the spectacle seemed to have enthralled the masses Connor was wholly unamused with the waste of time that the spectacle truly was.

Connor's scathing internal monologue based around a critique of how disappointed he was with the sages show was interrupted, as Chi, who's stomach apparently did not agree with the kabob he had just eaten, tooted, launching him forward slightly and sending a puff of flames into the crowd behind him.

It was for that reason that Connor was in a fit of giggling when the courier approached, apprehensibly asking "Are you the T.A.C. Officer, Connor De'Finn?"

Connor spun doing a large mock bow so deep that the nose of his mask touched the floor, "That I am, and why might I ask, do you ask?"

"I have a letter here for you sir." The courier thrusted the envelope at Connor, who took it with curiosity.

Connor waved as the courier walked away, then tore into the envelope, inside was a letter that appeared to be from on-high in the T.A.C. Command and as such was extremely important, so of course instead of doing any diligent reading he promptly began skimming through, Dear Connor, yada yada yada, excelled at the academy, blah blah blah, thanks to your skills at, blegh blegh blegh, due to the above statements you have been assigned to the Interceptor Squad, please report to the Private Marrow Lock Airship hangar bay listed, to meet with your squad leader Kovalev and prepare for your initial mission.

Connor sighed, it looked like his fun time in the city was going to be over and done with. He began walking towards the direction where he thought the hangar bay was.
