Hey guys sorry for being AFK for so long, had a bit of an emergency but I'm back there will be a post up tomorrow!
And then there is Fell who was AFK for a day or two :( Sory for being away for so long!
Alexander had been sitting on his bed while Kasai lay curled up on the rug by his feet. Alex was polishing and sharpening his katana and wakizashi in order to avoid the influx of first years. He may technically only be a second year himself, but he had attended Aulani Academy for going on four years now, originally attending at the middle school campus, and since arriving he had stayed on academy grounds through the holidays, rarely leaving except for the occasional hunts just outside the campus walls, and a few rare trips into town. He preferred to stay at the academy in order to avoid his mother and father, seeing as things with them were relatively tense, what with their disapproval both of his daemons and the fact that he as attending the academy.
When the siren had sounded he had been slightly flustered, while he enjoyed hunts he was only just barely finishing his sharpening, and he really wanted to give another coat to the katana, and he knew that technically he didn't have to participate, but it was the first real hunt of the school year, and there was no way he would miss out... entirely. He stayed for a short period of time, adding a layer of holy oil to his katana, and the wakizashi, then sliding them into their sheaths, and putting the sheaths on his belt. He then stood and walked slowly out towards the main hall, and was rewarded with an empty building. All the students had flooded out onto the ground, and while some of them had good tracker daemons, he had a slightly unfair advantage in the locating department. Between the combined senses of both a Lamia and a Kitsune they would be able to quickly make up for lost time.
"Acentia, honor your oath, I summon you." Alexander still felt awkward summoning the Lamia, for Kasai and him there had never been a need to summon or call. They were constant to one another, even when Kasai went wherever he did, there was always a part of Alex's mind that knew he was there, no more than a thought away. With Acentia Alex's bond was much less intimate, he needed to call her, and she couldn't speak mind-to-mind the way he and Kas did.
The floor in front of Alex turned for an instant into a rushing river, which Acentia claimed was the River Styx. Alex still didn't quite believe her, but as she rose from the waters he had to admit, if there really was a river that lead to and from Hell, those waters might actually be a part of it. "There'sss a daemon around." Acentia stated, her serpentine tongue rolling her s's, as she shook and ethereal water droplets flew from her skin, each disappearing before ether landed.
"Think you two can find it before anyone else?" Alex asked.
"It isss uses you are asssking Alex." She hissed with a smile, "The real quessstion isss can you keep up?" And with that she began slithering at a pace that required Alex to sprint to keep up with Kas, now as large as a full sized wolf, trotting along easily a few paces behind them, ready to redirect, should he feel Acentia went off course.

Okay very excited to be working with everybody, my bios and the first IC post will be up late tonight or tomorrow afternoon!
Presently we have five, including myself, with three approved bios having been posted, I will post later today, and we also have a few people tentatively showing interest in joining.
As we draw closer and closer to getting ready I am going to start working on the IC post, really excited to be working with you guys, and to see where this RP goes! :)

Likes: Alex loves reading and languages. He is a coffee addict and gets migraines when he is cut off from caffeine, he also has a massive sweet tooth, and whenever he can get away with it subsides of a diet of mostly sweets.
Fears: He is secretly still terrified of his parents, both for different reasons, he also absolutely, without any debate argument or discussion whole-heartedly hates vegetables. They are the utter bane of his existence.
Personal goals: He wants to eventually have a study, filled wall to wall with books, with a nook where there is a never ending supply of butter-toffee coffee and saltwater taffy.
Personality: Alex is a relatively charismatic excitable boy, he tends to be overly optimistic and while he is exceptionally bright, often times his excitement leads him down rash paths.

Father: His dad was a very strict man, insisting on him enrolling in multiple forms of martial arts, training first Gendai budō at a school that specialized in a comprehensive education in modern Japanese martial arts, but at the age of six, his father was dissatisfied with the ‘lax’ teachings of the modern schools, taking his son instead to a Koryū school of more traditional teachings, where he learned the arts of grappling, sword drawing, sword play, spear fighting, as well as a medley of other weapons.
Mother: His mother was much more relaxed woman than his father, and while his father insisted on him learning discipline and combat, his mother wanted him nurtured to know and understand both people and the finer things in life. Where his father enrolled him in multiple martial arts classes his mother enrolled him in cotillion and etiquette classes.
Sibling: He was his parents only child and they ‘spoiled’ him rotten, mainly with the aforementioned classes during early to mid childhood.

Bio: Alex is half Greek and half Japanese, with both of his parents being over bearing and assertive for almost his entire life, almost because, at the age of twelve Alexander made a deal with a demon. No, really, it’s a lot less menacing than it sounds, the demon he made a deal with was a elemental Kitsune, aligned with a fire element. For a number of reasons they paired well together. The small fox, much like Alex, was an outsider in it’s own world. While most Kitsune are elementals, they tend to be nature aligned, tied to trees, flowers, life, and beauty. Kasai was the opposite of its own kin, and for that they shunned him. His contract with Alex was made cheaply, more out of their mutual want for friendship and companionship than anything else.
After making his secret contract with Kasai, Kas for short, Alex was happy for a time. He finally felt as though there was something in his life he could control, but when his father found out about what he considered an abomination that Alex had let into his life, the man beat him senseless, and while Alex was more than capable of defending himself from the man he refused to raise a hand against his own father. His mother was none to pleased either, and after a tense few months in his home he promptly applied for the Aulani Academy. He began attendance almost immediately, enrolling in the middle school classes, and since then not only has he never set foot in his home town, but Kas has become stronger and he has also made another contract with a lamia demon named Acentia. Her contract came at a slightly higher price however, costing him ten years of his life.

Kas also uses telepathy to communicate though he has never voluntarily spoken to anyone but Alex.
