Unfortunate Announcement:

Anon has decided to bow out of the RP. Real life is just too busy v.v so we'll be saying goodbye to both him and Lesles.

Anon said I've been reflecting if I should've left the roleplay and I think it's time I do part. I tried my best to latch on for as long as I could, but I'm afraid life is not allowing me to do that. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but do write out Lesley in a creative way. Spice up the story with another death. I guess this is my final decision and roleplaying with you guys has been a blast. I will continue to stalk the thread from time to time.

Guys, I do not want to kill Lesley, he's too adorable and if Anon ever wants to come back, I want that to be possible for him. What do you suggest we do with Lesles? We could have him run away with a hunky nobody, but I don't think there are any in the Dark side.

Do you guys want to turn him into a NPC that everyone is free to control? Any suggestions?

And somewhat related to this v.v, I'd like to address the inconsistent posting. Like I said plenty times before, it's okay but give us a heads up. I'll be posting tonight, but half of you guys have not posted yet. I've been thinking of ways to improve posting productivity, and since people are really busy these days, these ideas came to mind.

+ Less reflection and more action

+ More concise posts

+ Posts with less fluff and more meat

A post with three paragraphs is a-okay and is better than no post at all, just give me something to work with.

I'd prefer a three paragraphs post that moves us forward over a ten paragraph post that is more reflection than action. I'll be honest, the paintball group was a let down. We didn't get to have much character interaction and the more intense parts had to be skipped because of inconsistent posting. This makes me feel like a nag, and I'm sorry, but recently moving some of you guys along has felt like a chore and sometimes I feel like my reminders are just tossed to the wind.

I want you guys to have fun, and I want us to reach the good end, but I'm tired and there are still five more chapters to go and Ican'tdothiswithoutyourhelp.

Please help me

Heya, Captain :D, loving that song. It's so full of energy! Speaking of song, that could work as the Stardusk pirate's theme song, though it doesn't sound pirate-ish, but still, haha. I'm doing okay >8D got a bunch of ebooks, now all I need is the time to read them.

Thunder , I read the synopsis and ended up downloading the first book xD it looks like a lot of fun. OTL, I ended up downloading 30-ish books .-. So now all I need is a lot of time. *eagerly awaits Christmas break*

Oh, guys, I'm hoarding ebooks >8D can you guys throw some suggestions at me? Or do any of you know about a good whimsical book to read, or something with dark fantasy in it? A part of me wants to read something dark, the other part wants to read something quirky and fun xD

Speaking of books :D, what have you guys been reading lately~?

I just finished The Thief of Always this morning and it was interesting xD. Children were being taken away to the holiday house and for every day that passed in that house, a year passed in the human world. It was fun and creepy and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something magical and creepy to read.

Why did he become a pirate? That was actually a pretty good question.

Nolan turned to face Risa with an amused expression, "to be honest, I don't really know either." He laughed softly, "I guess I wanted an adventure, and I've been getting a lot of that lately. Trust me, trouble follows these people wherever they go. It's quite amazing—wait what?" The smile was wiped off his face and he nearly tumbled out of his seat.

The cook had to agree with Risa, the Rookie Judge was dangerous. Sure, he trusted Runa, she was their captain, but it didn't change the fact that she was a kid in a tavern full of drunk and potentially dangerous people, and he didn't want to see her or any of his friends get hurt. So when she suggested starting a fight he leaped to his feet and stood at his full height, "no, no, we're not doing that here...and she's off." He shook his head right and left then sighed, "you're right, I'm going to follow her."

Nolan made his way towards the captain and the drunk Shouta, but the latter didn't stick around, and instead, he made his way towards the stage. He sang for a bit then began bellowing challenges at the crowd. Nolan arched his eyebrow then looked to the captain. Was she really that interested in getting the Rookie Judge to talk? He looked again, she probably was, wasn't she?

Fine, okay, as one of her crew mates, it was his duty to help his friends. Nolan walked up to Ray and Luro and clamped a hand down on each their shoulders. He still felt a little awkward around Luro, but this fight would have to end eventually, in the end, they were still crew mates. "Ray, I reckon you can sing a lot better than him. Want to liven this place up?" He nodded slowly in Luro's direction. "And I've never seen anyone drink as much as you can. Maybe if you both beat him at his own game he'll be interested in talking?" Nolan waited for an answer then laughed nervously, "just don't do anything dangerous or brash, please."

Lt. Falkner had placed them on another airship, and with the soldiers they began sailing towards the dark side. The ride was quiet and tense, and the soldiers spoke among themselves, their conversations hushed and confidential.

At first, it was all sunny skies and smooth sailing but the longer they remained in the air, the shakier the ride became. They didn't know it, but their engine had been sabotaged and just as they crossed the borders, the red warning lights began flashing and the ship rumbled loudly. Because of this, they had to land a few kilometers away from the border. The sky above was a pale lavender and skeleton-like trees were scattered around them.

"I can't believe it," Japhet ran a hand through his hair, a scowl plastered onto his face. "For Celery's sake! They destroyed the fruitcaking engine! This is state of the art tech and they just destroyed it! The motherboard is soaked in flipping HONEY." The mechanic snarled then looked to both Est and Breeze, "can you believe this? It's a good thing those warning lights lit up when they did."





Riley peered over the mechanic's shoulder then frowned. She made her way towards Lesley then nudged him softly with an elbow, "hey, Lesley?" She waited for him to pay attention. "Do you think it's them? Y'know, those guys who rescued us from the Lollipop farm?" She scrunched up her nose as memories of Vincent and how the three of them had gotten to Nowhere together came to mind. "The ones who saved Vinvin from those angry farmers? What to do you think they want? I never thought of them as villains or anything..."

Meanwhile Harper turned to Ace and Inadi, "do you think they're after the rest of our items?" First the witch's heart, and now the USB. He couldn't help but worry. Was this tea party some sort of elaborate plan? Were these troublemakers planning to take the rest of their items? "We won't be able to leave if they do," he sighed, "you guys think we'll be able to take the witch's heart back?" This situation was certainly tricky, if they played their cards right there was a chance they'd be walking away with all their items, but if they messed up, who knew what would happen.

Japhet cursed loudly, "looks like we're going to be walking the rest of the way." Wiping his honey-coated hands on his jeans he turned to Est and Breeze. "Looks like we're going to play babysitter, eh? Weird, it's been awhile since those troublemakers showed up anywhere near our city." He eyed the humans one by one, "stick close, it looks like it's pretty far away, but eh, it's hard to tell...the map isn't very well done."
