Although it
technically doesn't, it is named as such because of its proximity to the three rivers that it uses to bolster trade. Trois-Riviere is Börsegeld's most lucrative center of commerce and trade, replacing Porto-di-Angela and the now-ruined harbor cities surrounding it.
I was debating using a huge dot to bridge the three rivers that come closest to it, but then I figured that no one would care quite as much as I do.
