Current A piece of snow hit me in the eye when I walked out to my car. Is this how I become the superhero known as Snowman?

My Coworkers asked me what I've been doing this morning and they couldn't understand roleplaing. Maybe because they're old? Or....dumb?

Looking to get my creative juices flowing. Currently working a boring desk job instead of writing. Figured this would be a good way to have fun and create with others :D.

Alvina was so excited it really jazzed Zoey up, and Alan was already setting equipment up, this was happening. When Trip came out all she could say was "Wow, you look so awesome.."

At Ally's queue Zoey started walking toward the bedroom. "Um yeah, I'll be right back!". Trip looked so cool in his outfit...like a real vigilante. In comparison...her's was so showy. Green...really Zoey...you're gunna stick out like a sore thumb.

She tossed her bag onto Ally's bed. It almost felt like a second home, she stared down into her bag and removed the costume. She had taken a bunch of motocross gear and modified it, allowing for some pretty good mobility and some built in padding...for what it was worth. The jacket and mask she had made herself, it was some kind of fake leather that had costed almost her whole days salary, but it was worth it. It looked awesome including the 0's patched onto the front left breast, and the larger equivalent on the center of her back. She pulled herself into the clothing, probably the tightest thing she had ever worn, but it felt good. She looked into Ally's mirror and fastened the mask over her eyes. She looked one last time in the mirror and took a breath, "you've got this girl!" she said to herself as she walked out. She entered the room, worried, cutting off the conversation "Do I look okay?"

we ready to suit up?
super cute!
Zoey grabbed her bag stuffed with clothing she had been working on for the group. If working at Jo-Anns had taught her anything, it was that fabric was cheap and sewing was hard. Luckily it hadn't been her first rodeo, and the costume she had stitched together wasn't too shabby, even if the leather wasn't real, and too much movement might tear out a sleeve. At least it had looked good on her the day before.

She shot out one last text to the whole group, some still seemed on the fence when they last spoke [I'm on my way to Ally's. Hope to see you guys there. If not it's cool, we get it! :D]

She jumped into her old Volkswagen Rabbit, a hand me down from her mom on her 16th birthday. It took a few tries to start, but was just as reliable as ever as she pulled out of her parking lot. She barely realized she was driving, she so caught up in her own thinking. Tonight would be crazy...hopefully good. The last week she had felt motivated, she had been practicing with Ally, they figured out that she was pretty decent with a staff. So it sat at Zoey's place waiting for her.

Zoey's heart was beating through her chest as she pulled up to Ally's. She took a deep breath and opened the front door.
It was time. They were going to really do this. She looked at her Ipad, where she had opened a copy of Batman: Earth One. She watched even Batman fail to be a hero. To clumsily jump across Gotham's roofs, and nearly fall to his death. She thought of how funny she'd look in all those drawings she made. She closed her eyes. It was time.

She reached for her phone, not sure who to message. Everyone was supposed to meet at Ally's. She typed out a message [Hey, we ready?]
do it.

Don't feel like I captured him ...but yeah...also thats supposed to be a phone in his hand...
I'm cool to move forward whenevers
"If Trip can't teach you, I will," Ally said in response to Zoey's fears. It was like she could see right through her. Zoey may have played Lacrosse for the past 6 years, she might know how to push someone around on the field, but she had never once thrown a punch at another person. She had always thought of herself as pacifist, it wasn't until recently that she realized that words don't always cut it. Especially when the deck is stacked against you.

"If I can help in any way, I'll see to it." Aimee responded. This lifted Zoey's spirits. Aimee's brother had taught her to protect herself, and he was a cop. Even if Trip didn't want to be a part of this...they could still do it. Everyone here could work together.

"Thanks guys" Zoey said quietly "I want to help, I really do. I've been wanting to help for a while now...I just didn't think you guys felt the same way."

She looked down at her feet, ready to admit something to the group "I've been making these drawings, of myself as a superhero, since my Dad died. I've felt really powerless... like what was the point? I just, this means a lot to me. Even if we don't end up fighting crime..Just to know I'm not alone."

Zoey smiled as a tear rolled down her cheek. She quickly wiped it away.
"Sorry" she said as she laughed.
