A piece of snow hit me in the eye when I walked out to my car. Is this how I become the superhero known as Snowman?

My Coworkers asked me what I've been doing this morning and they couldn't understand roleplaing. Maybe because they're old? Or....dumb?

@Dervish That's all true. Within that line of thinking I have the idea that he wasn't ever going to find more respect in his Clan. Even though he is the first to beat his chest, he doesn't necessarily have the skill to back it up, and was primarily being used for labor. His being part of a clan never stopped him from being a grunt. By staying, he can look at the other Krogan as weak, due to their choice to leave, and compare himself to frail humans and such. He almost has more power due to not being one of many.
Maybe he enjoys implying that they should have just taken over the whole colony instead of leaving to begin with. Would have been like "the good old days".
@Dervish Generally my thought was he was awakened as part of the work force, when all the other krogans left he selfishly thought that he would be able to show how strong he was better if he stayed than running away to some barren planet with other Krogans. "They ran, they were weak, too scared to fight. I'm staying, I'll show you all what I'm capable of."
Sorry if this hasn't been what people expected so far. I'd hoped it was clear by all the other characters and places and such I and others been creating for the world that it will be a focus. This is creating a threat more or less for going forward. I wanted people to awaken, as I don't want one or two characters to be the only people able to take part in dream hour stuff. This was mentioned in the OOC and can be discussed further if the remaining players would rather wait. Like I've said I come from a tabletop rpg background, where giving one person alot of power would feel shitty to everyone else. I invite anyone to talk with me before hand if they would like to see changes. I'm more or less just at...everyone awakens tonight so we can start school tomorrow and be on equal ground going forward.
I'm looking to make a Krogan. Not sure if this was already asked, but does everyone on the team need to have been recently awakened. I was thinking of making a Krogan who chose to stay with the initiative, even when his brothers and sisters left.
To the fly creature’s dismay, it appeared that the group of students were actually attempting to put up a fight. He swore the last time he had done this, half of them had been trembling in fear wishing for death. The colorful girl had grabbed onto his spear handle and was attempting to pull it away. And he was pretty sure that two of those boys were rushing over to help her. How troublesome. “Gimme dat back!” he yelled at the girl as he attempted to pull it away. It was no use though, she was surprisingly strong for a human and if he was going to deal with the other two threats he was going to need both hands.
He released the spear pushing it to the side, he knew he’d only have one chance to make this work, and then he’d have to deal with this girl having his only real weapon…For now he just had to focus on the boy with the metal piece. The swing came in, and while swift completely missed his face. “HAHA, you missed!” he yelled into the air “Now’s my turn!”.
The cart was starting to get pretty full and the fly man knew he would eventually be outnumbered “if oly wun dies, I should be okay,” he thought to himself. He raised his left hand and moved it to the right and a huge gust of wind made contact with the fancy boy and his metal, shooting them both outside the window to fall to their deaths. The creature looked back just in time to take a huge punch to his eye cluster, a few of them popping as the boys fist made contact. It let out a scream and stumbled back further into the cart away from its escape route.
@aislynn Dakota felt the spear give way as the bug attempted to toss it to the side, in one movement the two boys who had come to help had made their moves, and one, seemingly out of nowhere, was hit by a huge gust of wind that just narrowly avoided her. She watched as the sharply dressed boy went flying out of the window. To die a slow and terrifying death, yet there was something inside of her, something that knew she could still help, if only she could reach out, if only she could be better. A word attempted to remove itself from her mouth, it begged to be screamed!
Sam Roll 2 (-2 for poor strength) = 0 Dakota Roll 15 (+2 for good strength) = 17 Jeff Roll 14 (+2 for good strength) = 16
I also rolled for awakening, obviously it went to Dakota this time. I decided to have the bad part happen to someone who failed the attack as opposed to at random, and I knew that Dakota's persona could fly, so this gave a good reason to have the out of the window stuff happen. I know there's a couple more people on board the train who haven't attacked this creature yet. I think @Raddum is probably? holding onto Eden? and if Lock is getting involved he had the farthest to travel and can follow up with the next attack while the fly is staggered.
Let me know if I should have handled this differently. :D
