I've just been told by control to wait we've got others coming with us." He leaned himself on one of the hydraulic lines that raised and lowered the ramp waiting for the others to show.

I think I see where the confusion might have come from, I was reacting to this part of the post with Karl.
I wasn't power gaming? Just stating that they were on board and waiting?

.@Galgorian watch when you are doing stuff like that. There are no NPCs aboard ship but I suppose you didn't know that. I'll have it be some random hanger crewman and will have you coming aboard in my next post when I bring Musket and Data up.

I read that Alicia was already on board, plus depending on timeline maybe hunter and kreia, I may have been mistaken
O.o I only looked away for an hour or two, come back to three unread pages of OOC...
I was thinking it would be more likely to act as an EMP, and that he should keep that in mind, I don't expect easy.
Robot boss works, but bear in mind, two of us have at least some electrical powers, which I imagine wouldn't be conducive to being a robot.
There was a knock at the door, Cole looked up from his current project, routine maintenance on his Lightsaber. His brows furrow slightly over his glowing red eyes as he sensed his Master on the other side. He quickly adjusted his new robe, making himself more presentable "Enter." His door opened and his Master stepped in, "Hello, Cole, thought I would come by and see your new quarters now that you have been made a Knight. Rather spartan I must say" Cole shrugged and looked around the room himself, not a large room by any standard, his bed sat in one corner with a small dresser at the foot to hold his few possessions, a small desk in the other. A holo of his family sat on the desk, his only link to the life he had been forced to leave behind.

"It serves it purpose, but I doubt that is the only reason you came to see me, Master." Master Katarn frowned sightly, though there was a slight glint in his eyes. "How many times must I tell you not to call me Master? It's just Kyle, but you are right, I have your first assignment from the council. They uncovered a lead on the Lost Tribe of the Sith, they would like you to go check it out. Report to the Night Fury on landing pad three as soon as you are ready. Worry not, you are ready for this. May the force be with you." Cole bowed slightly as Katarn turned and left his room, "And with you." After Katarn left, a fierce grin couldn't help but split his dark blue face. His first mission. Hurrying, Cole quickly reassembled his saber, belted on his blaster, and hooked the saber to it, then fairly ran down the corridor to the landing pad. He couldn't wait to get started. Bringing himself short before he endtered the landing bay he had to remind himself that he was Jedi now, running around like some fresh Roonto just wouldn't cut it. He entered the landing bay and saw a man leaning on the loading ramp, waiting. "Hello sir, I was asked to report to the Night Fury. Were you expecting me?" When the man looked up and arched an eyebrow, "And you are?" Chagrinned Cole looked away for a moment before responding, "Cole sir, my name is Cole" Smirking the man extended his hand, which Cole shook. "Welcome aboard Cole, the others are waiting for you inside." Cole went up the ramp and into the ship with only one question on his mind. What others?
Yeah, kind of what I was trying to say, The Killiks were the MOST recent I think, maybe Caedus, not sure his exact timeline, but the Vong would be the best to give him a state of the galaxy thing...
Just a thought, and obviously completely up to you, but it may not hurt to hop on wookiepedia and scan over the entry on the Yuuzhan Vong war (one of the more recent crises) and take a look at how messed up the galaxy is. No need to to in depth research, but a few min would help a lot I think.
Bridgett opened her eyes slowly, maintaining focus on her surroundings, sensing for danger. She stood up slowly, partly because she was a little stiff from holding still so long after all that panicked movement, partly because her ribs were still hurting. "You're right of course, my apologies. I'll be fine enough to move and fight, but should probably see the nurse when we get back." Looking around she saw the cave that she had attracted her senses earlier, but now that she was closer she saw it was a train tunnel. Something about that tunnel kept drawing her attention to it more and more. Turning to Abel who was obliquely trying not to stare at her, she pointed at the tunnel and said, "There is something important in there, I don't know what it is, or how I know, but there is, we should check it out."

Bridgett and Abel started out towards the tunnel, walking slowly at first but as she worked out her stiff muscles she picked the pace up into a light jog. It wasn't long before they were at the tunnel entrance. At the extreme edges of her semblance she thought she could detect something, but couldn't quite make out what it was. Peering into the darkness as best she could she whispered "There is definitely something in there but I'm not sure what, perhaps we should invest in a light source" No sooner had the words escaped her lips than a giant roar bellowed out from further inside the tunnel causing her to jump and scramble for what little cover the tunnel edge provided. "Scratch that, we DEFINITELY need to find a light source"
