"Abel!!"
Bridgett reached out for her partner as he flew from the vehicle, but was unable to reach him without risking falling from this flying deathtrap herself. Instead she mentally marked where he fell as Gren Jumped up onto the dashboard. Almost before the machine came to a stop she was out and running towards the forest as fast as she could and just as her other partner asked "Wait... Where's Abel?..." she leaped off the cliff face and used Rakurai to attach herself to the zipline that would take her closest to where he would have landed.
As she sped through the intervening distance she tried to focus on her semblance, banking on using that to speed up the search for Abel. Unfortunately the farther she got from the faunus, the more the pain of her broken bones returned to her conscious mind, reducing her effective range to a fraction of what it normally was. Pushing the pain from her mind as best as possible, she dropped off the line as close as it would take her, plummeting straight to the ground without even trying to slow down, relying on her Aura to keep her alive.
She hit the ground running, heedless of her safety, she sped through the forest at breakneck speeds, leaving behind confounded Grimm of every class. Spinning and twisting, using her semblance to know which branches to push off of, which to avoid, and which to use Rakurai to speed her along even faster, she became an electric blue blur as she used her Aura to speed her through the crimson red leaves of the forest.
When she finally picked up her partner with her semblance she bolted straight towards him barreling past a pair of confused students knocking one poor unfortunate soul straight onto his back. She came skidding to a stop beside Abel, her momentum digging deep furrows into the earth and loam of the forest floor.
"Abel! There you are! Are you OK? What happened?" She stammered, nearly panicking, as she tried to check him over with her one good arm, the adrenaline of the moment not allowing her to process neither pain, nor the students she had rudely shoved aside moments ago.
