"Thank you," Bella said, taking a seat in front of the principal's desk. She took the stack of papers that he handed her, glancing at them for a moment before looking back up. "Um, I should be alright with a roommate," she answered. She had never had a roommate before, since she had never stayed at a school like this before. She supposed it wouldn't be too bad, as long as the person was polite and didn't try to mess with her art stuff. "Yeah, I wouldn't mind," she said with a bit more confidence. She stood up, ready to leave. "It is nice to meet you," she said to the Principal, deciding that he didn't seem so bad.

Bella walked through the halls, staring at a map that she held up to her face. "It must be this way," she mumbled quietly to herself. She continued past several classrooms. She was slightly nervous as she had never had a good sense of direction. It was her first day at this new school, and she did not want to be late. She turned a corner and smiled slightly, seeing a line of students gathered outside a door. This must be the office! Bella hurried to join the other kids. She leaned against the wall and waited, tossing the map into her backpack. After a little while she heard her name called. Bella stepped into the office, slightly nervous as she always was on the first day of school, but hopeful that everything would go well.

Appearance: Blueish-black shoulder length hair with long bangs, bright blue eyes, and freckles across her nose. Bella is of average height and weight. She wears a tan colored crochet beret, a button down shirt, jeans, and sneakers. She always wears a silver dragon necklace, and is also fond of scarves.

Personality: Bella is very outgoing and enjoys being around her friends. She is an artist and writer, so she is very creative, but she thinks very logically. She does not like talking about anything personal unless with someone very close. When she is stressed or upset she comes across as angry instead. When she is actually angry she gets very cold and quiet.

Biography: Bella lived in New Hampshire with her parents and older brother. She attended a private school there and studied art whenever possible, and had a lot of friends. She was very close to her older brother. Whenever she was having trouble Bella would go to him for advise. Everything seemed to be going well until her brother vanished in the middle of the night. The police said that he had likely run away from home. Bella was heartbroken when her brother didn't come home. She started having trouble in school and lashed out at anyone who tried to help her. Bella's parents eventually decided to send her to Kadic Junior High school in hopes that Bella could have a new start.

Appearance: Lino hasBlueish black spiky neck length hair, bright blue eyes, a bit of freckles across his nose and cheeks. He usually wears ordinary t-shirts and jeans, but when it is cold out he wears a long gray coat. He is 5'6 tall and weighs about 120.

Personality: Lino is very sharp and calculating. He likes to show off, but doesn't really like to share much about himself until he knows someone really well. Like his sister, when upset or frustrated he acts as though he is angry, but when he is actually angry he becomes cold. Lino also hates failing at anything, and will quickly get frustrated if he can't figure out a solution to whatever problem he is facing.

Biography: He is Bella's older brother, and lived an average life with his family in New Hampshire as a high achieving student. He was a musician, and was highly skilled at the piano and guitar. Just before his 16th birthday though, he got mixed up in the wrong crowd, attracted to the thrill of a more dangerous, exciting life. He became a thief, helping his group steal valuable objects from various businesses and homes. When Lino noticed his parents getting suspicious he decided to run away and hide out with his new friends in the city. 

But one day the police raided the abandoned building where they were staying at. Lino was one of the kids caught and arrested, but he managed to get away as he was being transported to the police station. He found his way to the shipyard, deciding that he would rather try to start a new life in another country than live as a criminal or face his parents after all he'd done. Remembering a tip from one of his close friends that his sister was being sent to a school in Paris, he decided to sneak aboard a ship heading for France. He felt guilty about all the trouble he had caused her, but maybe now he could somehow make it up to her.
