I'm fine with that. I could use some mental escape from reality.
I'm not too butt hurt about it, just thought I'd point it out. I also noticed something else that I could be mistaken about. Your guys training, your first actually part where you exchange blows. He specifically says he blocks but your following post starts with you saying one to zero, about your stick hitting him. I'm not sure but I think that's wrong lol. I'm gonna wait for a chance to get a post thought up and unless someone uses Mako to come and get me, I'll just do it when it appears she the most free.
I could be mistaken but I think you called me Jack in your three part post
Oh well.
I want to say sorry for my lack of posting today, I'm dealing with a lot right now. There were...event's, that occurred in Afghanistan today. Can't really say more. I'll do my best to at least stay caught up but I don't think I can post tonight. Just don't have the creativity.
I'm going to say use your best judgement. This RP isn't very "open world" so if you post too much to pass the time, it will mess up everyone. I'll leave it everyone's judgement for now. I can think of only one way to post frequently that won't affect the flow of the RP and that would be telling a story to another person, maybe having a flash back to when you could use your powers or something. That's purely up to the writer though.
I do. *Throws the sun glasses before they explode*
Mission Impossible reference.
Day 64 of incarceration at Purgatory. Josh had managed to make a few friends, and naturally, twice as many enemies. This wasn't his plan of course but he didn't care either way. He'd been bullied before and this was no different, men always have something they want to prove. Shutting down the opposition made his somewhat popular with the other inmates but it unfortunately aroused the attention of the guards to never leave him alone. His time locked up here hasn't been as extensive as some of the others but he quickly caught on. The guards, the vicious dogs on Todd's leash, ever watchful. Always looking down on them and Todd, he was the warden. On occasion he would walk through, reminding everyone of his power over the facility. Ready to make an example of an inmate that wanted to get rowdy or talk back, especially towards him.

No windows, now clocks on the wall, no time on their stupid bracelets. It made for a hectic life but once their internal clock's adjusted to when they could sleep, it got a little easier for them. At least for their bodies anyway. This particular moment, he sat on his bunk and waited patiently. If he was right, they would be letting them out soon for breakfast, which would be followed by some time in Gen Pop. The only time to talk with other people aside from in the Rec room but they hardly let him in there.

yup, with Mako. just have him do some wandering lol he'll find the sim room eventually

Posted on that note lol
Josh made his way from his room after cleaning himself up. He considered resting a little more but figured the sooner he knocked this out, the faster he could be sitting in a Jaeger of his own. He whistled an old Aussie tune as he walked, wondering what the Sim would be like. After a few turns and long hall ways, he reached the room he'd been looking for. He saw Emmett through a glass window in the mock cockpit, unsure if he'd just started or just finished. "Hello there mr Stone. Are you here for the test?" asked a slightly familiar voice. It was Mako. "I believe I am." he said, looking at her when he responded but then turning to see the inside of the simulator. "I've waited my whole life to step foot inside a room like that. I can't fail now." he added. Mako walked over to him, jotting some things down on a clip board then holding it to her chest to talk to him. "I'm sure you'll do fine. I'm awaiting Ms Dvorak's assessment on you but if you're standing in this room, it must mean that you passed. We'll get you sized and suited up shortly." she finished up, going back to her clip board and scribbling more notes.
