@Evil SnowmanActually, that sounds good- any reason for character interaction is a good one. And it makes a lot more sense now- (She looks a lot less crazy in the mock battles now that I know the shots could hurt something... xD) Feel free to have her point it out or something, could make an interesting collab.
Name: Vamyr Turambar Age: 29 Sex: Male Race: Human Appearance:
Class: Fighter Equipment:
A backpack, a week's worth of rations, small tent, whetstone, bandage x 2, pale green cloak
Dagger Leather Armour 25 meters of rope Blanket Tinderbox Small pot set Mirror Wine Flask
His horse isn’t really equipment... Fred has been with him for a while, and he harbors some feels for the beast. Background story: Vamyr was a guardsman in northern Ithilien, part of a regiment border post in Gondor. He is fairly experienced, having grown up in the area as one of the few scattered people willing to brave the threat of the servants of Mordor. Vamyr followed in the steps of his father when he came of age, and joined in the border guard to the more civilized parts of Gondor. The guardsmen of Ithilien have long worked with the Rangers of the South unofficially, both groups offering aid and information to the other when times called for it. It was not strange then when Vamyr received a request- to investigate the stirring in the north. He had only to retrieve a message from a contact in Rohan and bring it back to Osgiliath. It was a long journey, and before he had returned, news of Osgiliath’s fall on the eastern bank had reached Rohan. His report was then useless, and Vamyr chose to wander still farther North, hoping to bring back favorable news of aid from the north.
@Evil Snowman It's fine, I expected there to be errors- though in that case, I did not count it as a 'weapon' because in the description it says that it does no damage. If I was wrong on that, then I don't mind editing it in. The spreadsheet is just a screenshot of the real thing, so it is pretty easy to fix.

The instant they were released, Daniel ran through the halls to his quarters, sweeping a half finished report off his desk and opening an electronic console. His hands shook a bit when he fumbled plugging a memory drive into the device to download the files he would need, one hand zipping back and forth across the keyboard whilst the other worked on stripping off his uniform, tossing articles of clothing haphazardly on the bunk. He made sure to copy over his analysis of Team Sigma’s Mechas, though it was incomplete in some frustrating areas. At this level, classified information made it hard to ascertain any data, down to the middle names of your squad mates. He also loaded the blueprints of his mecha, some bug fixes for the LEL targeting system, and his notes on the Cruxi from the lectures. As the files transferred, he quickly put on the plug suit and picked up the room- Lorenzo would have his ass if it was found to be a mess while they were gone. Downloading his music folder last thing he did before yanking the memory drive and jogging towards the hanger. He didn’t hesitate to climb up the side of his crouching Mecha and swung in, initiating the start-sequence. One of the swarming technicians slapped a button and a low alarm began to blare as the generators in his Mecha began winding up, a rising roar seeming to envelope the room, all the engineers backing away and engaging the unlocking mechanisms.
He heard the pneumatic hiss as the cockpit sealed out the noise of the whirring turbines, though distantly he heard the noise begin to quiet as it grew higher pitched before fading away. At one point, he had considered designing a way to limit the noise from starting up, but it was only temporary, and the familiar noise grown on him after a while. He waiting patiently for the super capacitors to charge up as he heard the boosters of the other Mecha’s come through the exterior audio feed. It was quite beautiful to watch the take offs though. Unreal.
”This is Magus hailing NOAH. Departing in five… four… three… two… one… Inbound.” Daniel closed his eyes and embraced the feeling of force as the thrusters pushed him into his harness, shaking. It wasn’t scary, but comforting. It felt like he was going home. He was almost disappointed as he approached his docking point on NOAH. A fleeting thought desired nothing more than to keep the thrusters at max, flying isolated, comfortably alone into the darkness of space. It was gone with the light jostling as he settled into the docking clamps, lightly adjusting his position with the thrusters. He switched on comm system with a bit of reluctance, listening the hails from the other pilots.
”Wilton reporting in.” He sighed at the broken silence before plugging the memory drive he had smuggled inside his plugsuit into the console, requesting a data-sharing link with Caretaker. @Evil Snowman He sent a quick message to her, requesting her to forward the files to the other pilots. Her Mecha was far better suited for such a broadcast than his own, which struggled slightly to send the files just to Katya, excepting some personal notes on the pilots themselves. ”I compiled some information on our team, and thought to share my report on MIST before our Squad Leader begins to divide us up.” At Sigmas comment, he flipped on the cabin light, finding the little flask hidden inside a file-storing compartment- originally used to house manuals, before they were deemed a fire-hazard. He smiled slightly at the label, before replacing it and turning back to the comms. ”Squad Beta is watching. Let’s show them justice.”
MIST possesses an indiscriminate wave type weapon, and does not hesitate to fire on friendly and enemy forces within its attack radius. The wave is nearly invisible to the eye and causes minor physical damage, though devastating to living tissue. This may indicate that MIST has limited visual sensors, and may rely on radar type locators to pinpoint targets. This also indicates difficulty communicating between MIST and its allies. As reported, enemy forces may attempt to herd us into the attack radius of Mist, which may also imply limited movement capabilities. This is not confirmed. MIST is immune to kinetic weapon types, without specific report on vulnerability to energy based weapons, excepting electrical.
Beyond MIST we are responsible for holding back vehicles and other ground based vehicles. These will likely attempt to prioritize any Framewerk using weaponry that MIST may be susceptible to. Slower Frames will need to avoid MIST at all costs, as armor will be ineffective against its attack. All Frames using Kinetic weaponry will be unable to engage MIST.
Specifically, Paladin and Rostosov are vulnerable to MIST’s attacks, though they also possess strategic significance for firepower and armor. Dynasty, Magus, AA-XOTRY, and Black Star have the best chance for destroying MIST, noting that superior speed and agility may help compensate for shorter ranges, if MIST can be distracted or redirected. There is insufficient data available on Neo Angel to ascertain its combat role.
