It happened again. One moment, he was sitting calmly admiring the quieter girl's addition to the story, and the next moment, he had dropped the tablet and was trying to do something about the changing scenery in the immediate area. The sudden scare caused dark eyes to invert colors into silver surrounded by black for a moment and a quick succession of scenes flashed in front of his eyes: An empty hallway, a dark basement, a grey room, and a hospital. As far as he could tell, this would probably be visible to whoever happened to be within three meters of him, but it probably wasn't enough to engulf everyone in the room. Clutching his head, the dark-haired boy tried to focus on the soft chiming of the bell on his wrist, finally managing to stop the quick flow of images surrounding him after a moment. His eyes remained unfocused as he dealt with the hallucination he received in the aftermath, though, so it would be a minute before he could respond to anything again.

As soon as he had spoken, he could see images flashing in his mind. First an empty hallway, then a darkened basement, a room that was grey, and then a basement. William's face went even paler than it was before, and he was so shocked he almost forgot to breathe. He could hear a bell ringing, and then regained his senses.
"Wha-- what was that!?" he asked to no person specifically.
William put his bag down, and looked around the room. There was a boy using a tablet to speak, perhaps he was mute. He'll be fun to scare, he thought. He quickly teleported over to him, in a kneeling position. Just like when he disappeared, there was smoke around him when he reappeared.
"Boo," he said, quietly, as to be even scarier.
In the office of the leader of the ICC

Niall Quinn had been waiting for this moment all week. He had finally written a letter to the ICC safe houses, and posted it off that morning. He was eagerly awating a respnse, as this could be a turning point for their independence.

William followed the woman into the house, whem they finnaly reached the muaic room, he could see that there were at least four people. [i] Ugh, people[/i ], he thought. He couldn't be bothered to spewk to anyone at the moment, probably due to his medication. He would, however, speak to someone who spoke to him, though he wasn't too sure that would happen, considering he was a lanky, pale skinned, black haired teenager

"This is a very special orphanage. Only special children can stay here. What makes you special?" The housekeeper told him .

William had been told that this was an orphanage for children with "abilities". He assumed by this they meant his teleportation powers. He put his bag down, whilst it was was light enough for him to carry, he knew it would make him a bit tired if he teleported with it, and he didn't want to be too tired as soon as he got there. He teleported, a red cloud of smoke replacing him that dissipated itself in less that a second. Suddenly, he was behind the house keeper.
"This," he said, matter of factly.
I'm also doing a personal statement for a sixth form in a few days!
Everyone's accepted! Let's just wait for a couple more people to begin the IC.

"Please continue." The housekeeper told the group. She made her way to the front door. There she found a boy standing on the door step. "Hello can I help you?"

"I'm William," he said, with a blank face, "I just got transferred here."
Oh, there isn't, is there.
*quiety wqlks away, in order to edit his post...
William had been in half a dozen orphanages before, and hoped this one would different. He had heard that this one was for "special" children and teenagers like himself, and that this was one that he could settle down in. He walked to the front door, and saw a girl, he wasn't in a very talkative mood today, so he walked up to the entrance with his single suitcase and knocked, not outwardly acknowledging her existence.
