That awkward moment when you post something, find out someone's posted between the time you've last refreshed the page and made your post, and then having to look through both of your posts in detail to make sure you didn't just make something stupid happen :/
Stíofán had spent his day at the gym. He would do this a lot of days, especially on the day before the full moon. He thought, maybe if he exhausted himself the day before, he wouldn't have the energy to do too much on the full moon, and wouldn't ending up injuring himself, or anyone else, too badly. He went to the apartment complex, dropped off his stuff, and had a shower.
Stíofán arrived at Sam's Bar and Tavern at dusk, and looked for the bartender. He didn't know her name, but he wanted to. Ever since he had settled down in California he had a thing for her. Stíofán could never work up the courage to ask her out. Every time he tried to talk to her, he just ordered another pint of beer. Being Irish, this wasn't a problem, because he could handle a lot of alcohol before getting drunk. He had, on occasion, ordered so many pints of beer that he got drunk, and another member of the pack had to take him home so that he didn't get angry and accidentally transform.
He saw that she was talking to somebody already, so sat at the bar, and waited for her to notice him.

I find myself interested. Are you talking about a modern day settlement or maybe like colonial times settlement?

Depends on what people like the eound of most, here
I've got the for a small settlement role play. It would be out int he countryside/desert, with little contact to the outside world, such as dial-up, phone calls, and the postal service. The settlement would ideally be self sufficient, with people working as farmers, butchers, blacksmiths, etc.

Please tell me if you would be interested in this!

Thanks,

Thanks Nanix! That was fast!
When Py had finished playing the saxophone, and the conversation had turned away from him, William went up to him.
"That was really good, maybe you should do it professionally one day," he told Py, "And about my strength, I'm so sorry I didn't realise you not being able to see it, I'd be fine showing you myself, if you're okay that you're alright with that. Maybe after dinner?"
As Py continued playing to saxophone William began to try clapping along to the music. However, he had never been a fan of Jazz music, he was more a man of Rock or Pop, such as My Chemical Romance, or Maroon 5. Suddenly, William was aware of the knife in the pocket of his jeans. He thought of the blood that had been on it. He tried to push the thoughts out of his mind. William wanted this orphanage to be his last, he didn't want to have to move again. He also hoped that nobody would find out about what had happened at the last orphanage. When he... when he... William didn't want to think about what had happened where he used to live. He wanted this new life, here, to be a good one. William thought that he had made a friend in Pyktis, and hoped that the feeling was mutual.
