Well, you could have guided fire attacks, like a large snake of fire or something (that'd be like 25 points), You could spit a wall of fire as a defensive thing (20 points) you could have a gigantic fireball attack of some sort (20 points). Any of those sound good? Actually, you know what? Never mind the point system. Seems to be overcomplicating things. Just write up a list of moves and I'll approve or disapprove em. Also I'm renaming "Moves" as "Techniques" because that sounds better.
Awesome! Love that character idea. As for points, well, your character's largely gonna be spitting alcohol based fire. A stream of fire's probably something like 15 points. Fireballs would be like 10. Distant explosions (depending on size) could be anywhere from 5 to 20 points, but yours sounds pretty conditional, so I'd say like 10 for that too.
Ulgahk
Deep Pits Entrance
----------

Ulgahk thought as he was led further into the Underdeep. These foul Dwarves. The way they treated that woman. Even if she was Human. Did these folk really deserve his help? Still, even as his mind doubted his quest, the Orc found his body pulled ever forward. Whatever Regna has planned, it must be something of great importance.

As the group made it to the entrance to what was known as the Deep Pits, their Dwarven leader passed torches to Ulgahk and the others. Ulgahk looked at the bat with disgust. A relic of those foolish enough to spread the Light. He did not ignite his torch, but instead, faced West, and knelt. He began to pray to Regna, the tongue in which he spoke making it sound like groans and growls.

After a minute, Ulgahk faced the entrance to the Deep Pits, and knocked his Blade into the ground three times.

“Well? What are we ‘adventurers’ standing around for? Onward!” he roared, his voice and armor echoing in the darkness as he entered the Pits.

Regarding the point system, do we have to come up with a list of moves in a post (not our CS) that we might use in the Rp, and you just give them a price?

Yeah, you'd make a list of moves for your Specialty and describe each of them, then I'd price em out for you and depending on the prices of each of them you'd put all or some of them on your CS, with their cost in parenthesis.
FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST: FATE’S GATE

“Humans who would dare to play God must pay a steep price for their arrogance.” -Father

============PREMISE=============

Years have passed since humanity triumphed over the menace known as Father, and stopped his dark plans. Yet, it was only by the power of the State Alchemists that he was destroyed. The Elric Brothers had nothing to do with it. Maybe they never existed in this universe. Maybe they did but simply never put into motion the events that would lead them to save the world. No matter what, this universe is fundamentally different than the one we know and love. Without the Edward ad Alphonse, it was up to a coalition of State Alchemists, led by then Colonel Roy Mustang, to defeat Father and save the world from certain destruction. The battle was won, but not without great cost.

Ten years later, the land of Amestris has seen a great age of peace, the treaty with Ishval holding strong. Xing Alkahestry has been popularized and advanced since its resurgence. Alchemy, having been both the savior of, and near destructor of humanity has left many divided on the art. Some revere the practice to near-religious levels, while others demonize and discriminate against the users. Yet, despite this division, Alchemy became quite commonplace throughout the land. There was such a huge influx of Alchemy users that special task forces were created to police usage of Alchemy, so as to prevent Human Transmutation. Yet, when the world seemed most at peace was when He appeared.

A being that looked different to each person that observed Him. The man known only as Fate. He is the guiding force behind all Alchemy, and came to the realm to declare that humanity had tipped the balance of the universe. Fate proclaimed he had come to “purge the excess” from that scale, and restore balance. To that end, Fate turned Table City, once-proud hub of Amestris into a Philosopher’s Stone, and broke it to pieces. Fate then branded all surviving Alchemists everywhere with a mark on their body. This mark not only shows that the person practices Alchemy, but also acts as a magnet. If too many people with the brand gather in one area, they will be turned into a Philosopher’s Stone and killed.

People wandered for five years, scared and scattered to the winds, only to hear one day that a city in Ishval had been swallowed up into the earth. A city without Alchemy. That is when Fate made his second ultimatum. Humanity had used Alchemy too much, and by law of Equivalent Exchange, their world was now what would be taken away from them, bit by bit. That is, unless the majority of Alchemists are killed, so that "balance is restored." With that, the world changed. The Alchemy Control Task Force now keeps a keen eye on all Alchemists, and takes care to never let too many of them assemble in one place at once. Some even hunt the wandering Alchemists. Now, the people must choose whether to fight each other, or find a way to defy Fate himself.

The rules may be appended at any time to accomodate issues or other needs. I'll put up my own character here as well.

Ulgahk will lead us into battle. If we get wrecked, it's five across the ass for him.

Wow, way to doubt Ulgahk's AWESOME power. XP I'll post soon. If not tonight, then tomorrow.

So, does this sound cool to anyone?

OOC
Ulgahk
The Mustering Room

The child was the first one to truly address Ulgahk.

“Ulgahk?” She spoke in some, thick, otherworldly accent. “The Lonely Blade, you mean, The Lonely Blade?”

There was a look of bewilderment on the girls face as Ulgahk raised an eyebrow. Even this young one had heard of him?

“I have never heard of you.” Atalee mumbled, to a snort of annoyance from the Orc. Of course the young one wouldn’t know who he was. From the looks of things, this girl was still wet behind the ears. Hell, there may as well have been an ocean behind them for all the wonder she displayed at that fool minstrel’s appearance. This woman would learn the ways of this world soon enough, so Ulgahk left his own tale untold for now. Best not to frighten the little one. Now is not the time for fear. For her, that will come later.
While Ulgahk had been lost in thought, it seemed he had started a trend, as the strangers began introducing themselves, the scarred woman speaking next.

“It´s hardly a suitable time to be elaborating on who we do or don´t know, I think. We might as well become familiar with one another while we´re here…“ she paused for a moment to think. “I´m called by Puafria Aupa, and just so there´s no bad blood later, I am indeed attuned to the Chasm of decay.“

Ulgahk rolled his eyes under cover of his helmet. Another soul worshipping a false God. How sad. However, what Ulgahk didn’t expect was the response given by the Dwarves, who’d remained silent until now.

"I'll not be workin' with somethin' like that." a Brashiron had said. The other two grunted in approval. The Goldmars remained speechless, though the stern looks on their faces told a tale all their own. It made Ulgahk sick to his stomach.

"The Brashirons do nothin' but defend our home from your kind, we'll not see that changed today. You'll find little welcome in Underdeep, witch." The three of the Krigare caste left the mustering hall, not giving the young woman another glance. They were soon followed by the drunk Goldmars, who each gave the scarred woman one last hateful look before exiting. Or at least they would have, if they’re attention had not been diverted by Ulgahk’s mace hitting the stone floor. The woman may be foolish in her choice to worship a false God, but anyone hated by Dwarves was someone to defend.

“Just like Dwarves to run and hide.” the Orc growled, standing at his full height, “If you want aid, do not insult the ones who come freely. If Regna had not willed me here himself you lot would be little more than a stain against my blade. Now get. OUT.” Ulgahk hissed, and the Dwarves did as he said. With the weak gone, Ulgahk sat on the floor once again, and said nothing more. The Bard, having heard everyone, save for the half-giant speak, addressed Ulgahk.

“Ay, adventurers we are. And pleased to be joined by the legendary Lonely Blade. Indeed, people sing praises of your prowess throughout the land. A survivalist and warrior, peerless on each front. I am pleased to see you.”

A small grumble of acknowledgement was all the response the Orc could think to muster, festering in his own hate as the elf spoke to the others.
