Appears to be a Mud Dauber Wasp. They like to feed spiders to their young, but are otherwise considered not very aggressive.

If word of this treachery gets back to the spider population within my house....remember me. I may not live to see the sun rise.

I trapped it and let it loose outside.

I made a deal with it: for it's life, it protects the yard from mosquitoes.

I think I interpreted its antenna waggling as a yes, but I'm not sure which species it is, so it might have been telling me that it will send it's children after my scrotum.

I think it's a 50:50 chance, either or.
