Bio

Hello,

I am Gordoth Enodious. I call myself that way. It is not my actual name, but for the purposes of a forum I'll remain Gordoth.

Concerning my experience with roleplaying, I cannot say I am experienced, but neither can I say I am inexperienced. I have tried roleplaying, but I've never managed to hold a group together for any longer than, say, three or four days, as they lost interest in the process. I consider myself literate, but I'd think everyone on this here forum IS literate.

In connection to the preferences I display when dealing with roleplaying, I'd say I have two, those being Fantasy and Science Fiction, however I am more than interested in participating in all kinds of activities hosted by the Guild.

And about me. I am a rookie writer of fiction literature. I enjoy playing video games of all kinds. As is to be expected by one who visits forums such as this one, I am more keen on experiencing stories. I enjoy reading all kinds of literature, I partake in the viewing of many movies and I relish in observing art.

That's about as much as is needed, I'd say. Overall, consider me a jack of all trades. I will ask for tips and explanations, as I am not familiar with the process of roleplaying on a forum. I am enthusiastic about all of this, so holler if you feel like it.

"You can not understand me. Not because it is something that can not be understood, but because you lack the knowledge needed. You can not understand, simply because you have not lived. Only once you have seen that, which I have seen, will you be able to see something. Only once you experience the horrors, experienced by myself, will you understand. Through living after the suffering I have lived through, will you understand. Are those things you can experience? Are those things you can go through in one hundred years, eighteen of which you lack the clarity of mind needed to be human? I fear it is not possible. I fear that becoming human, at this moment, depends on understanding. But not everyone can understand. Why, then, is it that you are all considered humans? None of you seek to understand each other. None of you even seek to understand others. I fear it. I fear this thing, which you call human, is not what truly is a human. You have lost the understanding of the word you use to describe yourselves. Without knowing what you are, without understanding it... You can not understand me."

What do you mean by not breaking too far apart from each other?
As in spatially? The characters all go together, or you're referring to something else?
@Fetzen
"A... A fulfillin' job!" Answered the half-elf. This answer was only momentary, as he was still reeling from the transformation he witnessed. Never in his life had he seen, thought of or even dreamed of such a display. It was repulsive to him. The way the form of the dragon crumpled into this little thing. A shiver ran up his spine.

"Er, yes, the job. I'm lookin' to hire some people to come up North with me. We'll be lookin' for a way to help the town. And you'll be paid whatever you want, as much as you want, so its a great gig." Clarified Urdal, pleased with the way thing seemed to be deescalating. There was the problem of Numenor, but the half-elf hoped the no-longer so drunk man wouldn't act up. Also the paladin. She would probably be a pain, but Orky had not really let go of the handle of her weapon, so she'd be... Hitting them with fists and her shield if it came to it. Drunk priests were scary.
Do you guys feel like we could, potentially, find a use for a private discord server?
About this roleplay, of course.
Lifelong friendship? Doubtful.
However, you can create some great stories to remember forever, and tell your kids!
Welcome to the guild, glad to have you join us! Enjoy your stay!
Urdal was overjoyed. It looked as if the individual with demonic ancestry was well aware of what it was that bothered him, as without need of explanation, the big, horned man had walked out and had addressed the issue the half-elf was about to ask him to address! He would have thanked the Gods, but there were no more Gods, and, on top of that, his 'savior' did not look as if he would be supported by the Gods.

"Yes, what he said!" Announced the half-elf, throwing a worried look at the ones he had, supposedly, recruited. Numenor was angry. Very angry. Orky looked as if he had cried, and his hand was bleeding. The limping priest was standing up to a dragon. The drunken paladin of the female variety was not pleased and also looked angry, although her wrath was lacking when compared to Numenor's anger.

He then threw a glance at the street. Good thing it was a way out of the town, otherwise this could have created far more panic than it had already. There were a few distressed souls, and then there was one person who looked nothing like distressed. Then again, that person did not look like a person.

"Let's calm down... And try not to kill each other!" He appealed the strange crowd, which had almost started cutting itself to shreds. The dragon was most concerning for him. Big fellow could straight up kill half of those outside of the tavern with just a tail swipe, figured the half-elf. At this moment he was just hoping he'd be fast enough to end up behind the demonic person.

"Also, if this is about the job, I can hire you all!" He added, hoping that could help diffuse the situation. Work offers usually calmed mercenaries down, they could calm... Dragons down as well?
"You're not a monk? Why are you here then?" Asked Cunkuu, throwing a glance around the grand hall once again. The young man's mind clicked and he started thinking about what had happened here. The man before him looked quite damaged and very unhealthy. It was visible, to the armored one, that the unarmored one was unwell.

Perhaps this man had come here... With a goal in mind. A goal to ruin the ascent towards knowledge of Cunkuu. The monks here were most likely ready to teach any who asked, and so when this old husk of a man came, they taught him. After being taught by them... This man killed the monks to seal their secrets, to keep their knowledge away from the young man. It was possible, as Cunkuu had many enemies, but none were as wicked as this perceivable foe... But it could be that the unarmored one was paid off by an enemy known to the young man, as this meditating individual was unknown to the armor bearing one.

"Why are the monks dead?" He asked again. He was not waiting for an answer. His mind worked swiftly. It was obvious to the young man that there was something off about the man before him. An unfriendly air surrounded him, perceived Cunkuu.

"Was it you who killed them?" Levied the last question, and decided to allow his unaware adversary to answer.
You should keep that in mind for the future, Wretch. Skip the W and add another O?
I just have to say, you got a great aesthetic!
Welcome to the roleplayer's guild. We have a few dead threads, which is really sad, but the rest of the threads are lively and well!
You'll find what you're looking for and you'll enjoy roleplaying here!
Have fun~
I might have some room @ibyaah
In this case I think it's okay. He just grabbed it - didn't pull it out of your hand or anything. And he didn't grab it all too well.
But, in the future, if you're planning on doing stuff like this, PM me so we can roll the dice and see what you should get as a result!
