Edward Kemper walked out of the bus and coughed a few times.
"Oh boy. A new prison. This is going to be an adventure, I'm sure.
He shrugged, talking to himself before standing in a line before one of the guards.
Edward didn't want to get involved with any of the gangs here, he heard how vicious the other inmates could be. Although they aren't the only ones. His past experiences with other inmates had all ended in his favour, albeit violently.

There were two voices of men speaking outside of the Undergound, one was Lucian, the other; a random vampire.
"The humans?! I think they are filthy! None of them deserve to live. It's strange how they are alive at all with all of those diseases and such. Eugh." Lucian barked.
The other vampire laughed.
"I agree with you brother!" He spat out as he drank, laughing.

Personality: Lucian is extremely sadistic, enjoying the pain of many. Going as far as to involve himself with the nearby gangs and such to sate his lust for agony and pain. He is always in his mortal form when not in the Underground in fear of the humans. He has seen what the humans do to 'freaks.'
Bio: Lucian was born in the late medieval era into a family of vampires, much like him. When he was in his late teens, a group of rioters had stormed his parents' quarters and slain them as they slept, luckily for him, he was able to shapeshift into some sort of mortal looking form and blend in with the angry mob. The castle burnt, as did his parents' corpses. Despite his family being rather benevolent towards the mortals. From that day, a hatred was born within Lucian that would only grow and grow throughout the centuries. A hatred for the mortals that had killed his parents, took his possessions and that judged over the slightest differences that made anyone in their society a freak.

When he was just thirteen, in a drunken rage; Edward's father shot his mother to death before turning the gun on himself. This resulted in Edward being sent to numerous boarding schools and foster homes over the years. As well as intensive therapy. When he was just 22, a man in rags tried to mug Edward in an alleyway with a gun. However, Edward had disarmed the man and shot his mugger to death in mostly self defence. That day, Edward snapped and realized that death is inevitable and that nobody should try to stop it. Fifteen years later after numerous kills, Edward was caught and locked up in the Oswald State Correctional Facility.

Said to be born over 600 years ago in the Middle East with a forgotten name, presumably what was then Saudi Arabia as a commoner, strived to explore medical science. Exploring the deserts to find new ways to heal the injuries of the people of his kingdom, Ra's fell upon one of the legendary, biblical Lazarus Pits. Ra's abused it for his own immortality taking on the name Ra's Al Ghul or Head of the Demon, laughing at death many times while allowing it to fuel his cause of killing all of the 'impure' in the world. Criminals, corrupt politicians and so on. Today Ra's Al Ghul battles the Batman whom is stopping what he thinks is true justice.
Personality: Despite being a villain, Ra's intentions are quite good, wanting to erase all crime from the world and restoring the Earth to it's former beauty by destroying what the industrial boom era brought in such as factories, corporations and such.
