Ok, I'll admit I'm a little bit lost. Who is Lacy speaking to?
The early June sun loomed between the grey and lifeless buildings, hitting Hugo in the face every so often. It had already been a couple of weeks since the chaos had started, and several days since he had arrived to Last Heart, and to be frank it was starting to get boring. Having gotten tired from sitting on the curb and waiting for something to happened, Hugo decided to find out who was in charge here. Walking through the streets, and being followed by the burning sun, Hugo stopped in front of a young girl carrying a hatchet.
"Excuse me Miss", said Hugo almost over pronouncing, making sure he didn't come off as aggressive. "Do you happen to know who is calling the shots around here?"

A cadet thrown out for smoking pot on boot camp, a fisher who almost drowned, a mechanic who prefers walking to driving. Hugo's life has been a wide and varied one, and depending on how much he likes you he'll tell you a different version of it. For the last few years he was a janitor in a preschool. The pay wasn't great, but that didn't matter because he didn't need much money. He liked having kids around but never was able to have any of his own. And it probably was because he never settled down, although in a couple of occasions he considered it. But now that didn't matter. Summer had started. His work year had ended. And apparently, the rest of the world had too.

Well, considering the whole S.H.I.E.L.D. spy thing, maybe something a little less extravagant. It could be red, white, and blue; but maybe the blue could be darker, the white changed for something more grayish and the red used sparingly?

Only one problem Gova, Vibranium (which is what he meant by adamantium) if off limits.
Oh, ok. So what about something like secondary adamantium? I'm trying to use something that's part of the Marvel canon.
