Well, I'm not sure. I haven't played the games in a while, and the only one I remember seeing in one was Houndoom. But maybe Herdier fits better for the type of character I might end up going for? I'm not really sure, all I know is that I'm definitely going for a dog-like Pokemon.
So is anyone going to go ahead with it?

As the fog started to dispel, Curro encountered three more people. The first was a girl, probably the same one who had responded to his scream a little bit earlier. Then, there was a young man, who started talking with the young girl. Finally, there was an odd looking man who had just fallen down. The disorientation and a creeping sense of shame were starting to get to Curro. "Does anyone knows what in the hell is happening?", said Curro as the girl helped approached the fallen man.
Ok, cool. I think I understand. The tone will be realistic and even slightly disturbing, but the fighting and "physics" behind it all will be closer to "plausible", right? In any case, I'll start working on my CS so by the time the OOC is up I can post it.
I'm both impressed and slightly intimidated by the complexity of this. I f this does indeed happen, I'd like to join.

And the fights would be mostly physical, with the exception of the more elemental Pokemons which would have abilities similar to electric eels, pistol shrimps, spitting cobras, etc.?

Curro opened his eyes, but still he couldn't see anything. Now, instead of the blackness that accompanies closed eyelids, all he saw was a white mist. Although he couldn't see anything clearly, Curro deduced he was in a forest, based on the shadows formed by the sun hitting the tree trunks.
Not being able to see anything, Curro tried listening, but the only thing he could hear were his own breath and heartbeat. Starting to get stressed out by his apparent loneliness, Curro screamed. " HELLO! IS ANYONE AROUND! "
