Important Notes before posting in the IC

I'm really happy that we have a community of wonderful nerds nerdy enough to embark on such a nerd quest. I have high hopes for the adventures that await us! Though, before posting, I have some minor, but important announcements to make:
1. The Episode will begin when the IC reaches 4 or 5 pages. I want the first couple of posts to be completely player driven. Before we get into the Episode's presence of an objective, I think it's important that we experiment with our characters and start to form their interactions with each other. Basically, in these first posts what happens in the village is completely character-driven. All the characters don't have to be in one place, branch out! Have some fun! All I ask is that you don't go too far with it. Keep in mind that an episode is on the way, and it will be hard to juggle that and Gutsman's hidden nuclear bomb that might be malfunctioning slightly.
2. Everyone gets 1 Free Spotlight before the Episode begins. Please refer to the Spotlight section in the first post to refresh on this. Because we aren't starting right off with an Episode, I thought it'd be fun to let you guys mess around with the Spotlight system. All I beg, as I have stated above, is please don't go too big with this. The Spotlights are meant to be subtle and fun for all players, not beneficial for yourself. If me and Raddum think a Spotlight is too much, we'll ask you to redo the post. Speaking of which,
3. Raddum is Co-GM. Listen to him! If Raddum makes a call about a Spotlight or other matters, respect him like you would the GM! If he goes mad with power, Sans giving every bad-times, Goombella killing people with books, I'll step in. But until then, please don't argue with his word.
4. I'm bumping the paragraph max up to 3. We're all literate little craps here. Thus, I've raised the paragraph max up from 2 to give you guys more leg room. This means, if you want to write for both characters, you have a maximum of six paragraphs (please separate each character's posts with a line or something). I have this paragraph limit up because, being a busy man, I don't want to come home and have to read five chapters of Mr. L stealing Gutsman's mix-tape. I'm begging you!
5. Just a reminder, please wait for three other people to post before you do so. Like the one above, just to keep posting slowed down and to keep me sane.
And with that I'll start working on the first post! Brace yourselves everyone!
