Ooo I love tea. I've been drinking a lot of peppermint tea lately, but I'm very much into some of the blends that you can find in the smaller tea shops. I was given a whole lot of herbals to try that I haven't opened yet.Also chamomile. Chamomile is great.
Chamomile is my go-to tea before bed. It's also good for anxiety.
