OHMAILAWD! I forgot about this part! BIO! Okay, I can do this, I know about me right? Yis. So where to start ... uuuuum ... Hmm.
OOH! Okay, you've probably noticed, but I'm a little ADHD. That's probably a good place to start, kind of like a disclaimer. I'm a little all over the place at most times, but I'll try and stay on track when the writing starts. My interests are also kind of all over the place, and I have a tendency to like OBSESS over things for a bit and then dip. I'll fill like two and a half sketchbooks and then just drop it forever for to work on nail art, or read old comics online, or some free 2 play game on my crappy phone.

Speaking of writing, I don't have like a looooot of experience. I mean I know words, a lot of words, but like not ALL the words, ya know? RIGHT, bio ... I like animals, all animals, and I'm fond of nature, but only SOME nature ... like non-hostile nature, the desert sounds pretty awful. I like music, ALL mus-okay not country, but most music ... okay SOME country. MOST music, but only SOME most music. It's gotta slap, that's what I'm getting at. Whatever style or genre it's gotta have a little something to it, something that makes you wanna DANCE.
I like some movies, and some shows, but mostly weird stuff. OMG have you seen Willy's Wonderland on Netflix like OMG amazing and weird and amazing. Horror movies are also great, but only some, others are really awful, and then some are so awful that it's great ... Go watch Willy's Wonderland, srsly.
How have you even held on this long? Even I'm not reading at this point. UUUUM I'm happy to try writing just about anything, and I have a google so I can git into a fandom pretty quick, just keep all that smutty smut to yourself! *finger wags* Bad adult! Don't be sus like that!

alright, but member, if dis gonna be a narrative project imma be all up in ur grill keeping things close to the intended story; like ur character might have to use his knowledge to make alcohol once they are awoken kinda thing unless he smuggled a bottle along in his personal stuff. Although ig a big part of a mission like this would be like ... sending along some stuff to make ppl feel a little more at home once they arrived, like a bit of culture, and ig a few drinks for older ppl would prolly be a consideration for like ... letting ppl unwind.

Since Dark Cloud mentioned that they wanted to be a medical officer, I might make a biologist of some variety instead. The idea is had is that they're like 19-20 and just happened to be studying astro biology before getting picked by the lottery. Due to his prior knowledge of the field, he is made one of the senior crew of one of the colony ships, hence why he is woken up when things go bad. I currently have no idea what nationality to make this character. Has anyone else picked from where on Earth their character is from?

If ur both okay with it, I think we can separate them into medical science and biology, if that makes sense. So like, Dark Cloud deals with anything to do with something wrong with a hooman; broken bones, mystery fever, healing ppl. Martian's role, then, would be more like a biologist; if the crew is exposed to like an illness or a poison or a creature or an environmental hazard, that would be martian's alley. There would be a lot of overlap, especially in the case of like sickness or exposure to something, because Martian would be dealing with like the actual substance or compound while Cloud was dealing with the symptoms of the exposure OwO It would be a similar relationship to like Rekker and My characters; Rekker would have engineering knowledge because part of the expectation of a mission pilot would be to be able to assess and deal with like minor damage/errors/malfunctions, while an engineer would have theoretical knowledge of how to operate vehicles and such because they know what all the parts do.
I like the overlap dynamic because it means we've got like ... a colour wheel of skills going on. No one character is then able to hold the party hostage, and if anyone drops out we're not like ... suddenly missing a huge skillset, or ghostpuppeting someone's character or anything. It also means characters are more free to be able to like ... work AGAIN the common good if you feel the character is in a place to explore like a conflict character arc or something OwO
xD yeeeey so what kind of character would u wanna play? Rekker is a fly-anything pilot with a rocket powered heart of gold, and im a polite sociopath engineer basically like young lady spock with a future-wrench ^-^
Instead of just bumping, I will give a bit of info about what i think the starter will be;
Characters awake from stasis in an emergency scenario, the lander segments are having some kind of trouble and the emergency crew have been awoken to assist with landing in the event that computer error is the issue. The crew, struggling with stasis sickness and memory loss, stumble their way through wake up, remembering their skills before anything else thanks to pre-launch mental conditioning.
They reach the controls and ...
I have ideas, but i kind of want to ... like make setting posts and kind of narrate .. and i kind of want there to be some suspense and mystery in the first part at least ... and then the story kind of evolves into a chapter two which is (MAYBE MAYBE NOT WHO KNOWS I DONT KNOW U KNOW NOTHING TELL NO ONE!) the much more like ... face-to-face dangers of establishing a like starter colony after >COUGHCOUGHSOMEKINDOFTHING<
