As the fateful night of Halloween approaches. Something...off is going on in the city of Sparrow Falls,California. This White-collar city of 50,000 has been experiencing strange occurrences throughout the usually dull environment from mysterious disappearances,to the explosion of paranormal sightings,and to top it off some residents have powers not of this world. 

This has many people in the city widely speculating on what is going on in Sparrow Falls and many think it has something to do with the date of October 31st due to the holiday that falls on it and eerie pieces of paper left all throughout the city with either a 3 or 1 hastily written on them. With everyone wanting to find out about what is happening tons of "Paranormal Clubs" have been popping some are hardcore investigators with top of the gear stuff while others are shabby High School clubs with a group of friends that are hoping to find anything. 

But whatever lays ahead for these souls who dare question the Paranormal might be more then anyone could handle. 

INTRODUCTION OVER!

Welcome to Hallows' Eve an idea I have had since last year but tweaked to make it not as demanding as last years. The idea is you and other players start your own Paranormal club and investigate some of the strange sightings in Sparrow Falls some will be short quest with your club while others will investigating what exactly is happening in the city. All of this will then lead to the 31st where hopefully your club will finally meet your final challenge and by the 1st of November the RP will be finished. 

If you are still interested I have a one request BE ACTIVE this does not mean 10 post a day but at least posting something every two days and I need at least 4 players to get this party started.
