@Prince of Seraphs - Well, thing is Beacon Academy is just that. An Academy, a school, a university. It's not like Atlus. Sure Sapphire may have had a rather rough upbringing, but this isn't a military school even if everyone is essentially training to become a Huntsmen. Sapphire can relax and make friends, I mean shit. She doesn't have to be a cold hearted stick in the mud.

Plus, as for Gren and Shiro not noticing Sapphire's gear, you can chaulk it up to them being boys. As in, they don't really notice when a gal changes something up.
