A bio about me? You really don't want to read it! xD But if you must, I am Hebigami Shiho, Mexican, kinda like Japanese better than Spanish, if you haven't already noticed that. You can call me Hebi, Shiho, Ally or whatever else you feel like. Well, I like anime, manga, video games and writing. These words lured men to the Grand Line in pursuit of dreams greater than they've ever dared to imagine! This is the time known as 'The Great Pirate Era'!
In this time known as the Great Pirate Era, several things have ocurred. Countless pirates fight over the treasure known as One Piece, and the Navy goes through great efforts to see those same people imprisoned. People have been named Emperors, Warlords and whatnot, and even then, people still search for the one and only One Piece inside the Grand Line. Veterans and rookies alike, all of them have gone into the Grand Line to search for that great treasure. All of them are impressive in their own right, but what has impressed the Navy the most are the super rookies suddenly appearing all over the world. They are becoming more and more of a threat as time goes on and they become stronger.
This is the story of a certain group of pirates, and how they rise through their ranks to achieve their dreams!
All right! I just started One Piece a while ago (I'm still at episode 400-something, though), and I've just been CRAVING a One Piece RP. Even so, though, people often tend to forget these easily, so I'd like this to be a small group RP with some dedicated people that won't drop out in a long time, at least, not drop out before things get interesting. Then again, people seem to come to these kinds of RP's like flies, so that was a short lived dream. xD Still, the RP will follow as long as there are even if a few dedicated people.
This RP will be set in a One Piece AU with none of the original characters in here. Meaning.....! Yes, you can have any Devil Fruit you want! As long as it isn't too OP, that is. Like the Yami Yami No Mi, or the Pika Pika no Mi, or shite like that. That does not mean you cannot have a Logia fruit, but please do be careful on how you go around things. Oh, and also, original Devil Fruits! Yes, you can make your own Devil Fruit! As long as it has reasonable weaknesses and all.

Of course, if you'd like some other kind of role that isn't here, you are free to come up with one. The ones that are necessary are highlighted in the list as well. Also, having a role like those does not necessarily mean that you cannot fight too. You can also double in characters if you want, we may need to do so in the end, though. My character will be the captain and will also recruit everyone else's characters in time, and so, since our pirate crew will be the main focus in this story, we may need to double in order to make things more interesting with enemies and whatnot, so that not all of them are controlled by me. And so, you are also free to Warlords or even Emperors to fit the story of your character, maybe even use them as enemies later on!
Rules
The usual part of the rules, no metagaming, godmodding, Mary Sue/Gary Stu or similars. Do it once, get out. No excuses.
There will be a limit of waiting for people of about 5 days. If after that period there is no singal of them, their character will be killed off without excuses and another spot will be opened. This will not happen if you let me know in advance that you will not be around, though.
There's no actual requirement for paragraphs. As long as the paragraph helps to the progress of the story and is a good paragraph, then it is okay.
There is no character limit. Players will also help towards arcs and whatnot by making villains as well.
In this kinds of RP's cooperation is necessary, as so, I'd like everyone here to always be thinking on new ways to get on witht he RP. They will be heard and followed if they are good enough. People will also be in charge of their own arcs as well, coordinating them and writing the history of them for everyone to interact with.
Be nice to others please! If we inevitably get caught on an argument, then my word is final. If you really feel like you got to solve those problems, then take it to the PM's.
Any other forum rules of the Guild apply, so take that into account.

Abilities & Skills: She is nimble and has a great deal of stamina, but as far as physical abilities go, that's pretty much the only thing she's capable at. Her punches are like those of a simple woman, even so, she has become adept in her own martial art that mostly uses her speed, and her opponent's strength, to her advantage. She isn't exactly imposing as a captain, however, once she gets serious, she can be as commanding or imposing as needed be. She also uses the powers of her Devil Fruit to her advantage.

Type: Logia
Effects: It allows the user to transform into, manipulate and generate sound waves. The user can also 'ride' the sound waves. It also makes her intangible to anyone that cannot use Haki.
Techniques:
Oto Dash: This allows her to run at sonic speeds.
Transformation: She is able to turn into sound waves and move around like that, however, the downside of this is that she cannot attack
Oto Strike: Charging one of her body parts with the speed of sound, she is able to strike people at sonic speed and simulate superstrength.
Oto Frequency: She is able to change the sound frequency of whatever is in her surroundings.
Oto Wave: Launching super thick sound waves towards an opponent, she is able to send them away and cause huge damage.
Oto Boom!: Making sound waves compress and the explode, she is able to disable any opponent in her near vicinity. This, however, also affects the people on her side as well as herself. Weaknesses: Depending on where she is, she is more or less fast, as well as not being able to bounce sound off walls. Her ears are especially sensible, and making some kind of sound that would disrupt her own sound waves will enable anyone to hit her. Anything that causes sound can also hurt her, as well as wind.
Personality: A brat and a definite spoiled girl, Emeri is a girl that does nothing but follow her own whims. That said, she has an incredible sense of camaraderie, and she is the kind to turn the whims of her companions into her own whims. This great sense of camaraderie will make her go to stupid lengths for those she calls her friends, but even then, she knows full well just how important things can be at a given time, and even then, it would seem she does not fully put in all of her seriousness in the line to show her opponent that she isn't playing around.
There are only few times in where she can actually show just how serious she is, and those times are when the lives of others are in the line, as long as she knows them personally of course. She holds a believe that a pirate should be cruel and detestable and as such, she acts like that always while on top of her ship. She will try and give orders in a 'serious' tone that would seem is actually her usual joking around, as well as make decisions that would actually be fitting for a heartless pirate captain. She also has an exaggerated laugh that puts emphasis in the fact that she is trying to be evil.
Biography: Daughter of the Warlord of the Sea, Kirstie D. Alexei, the Navy keeps tabs on her for that same heritage. The fact that he behaves and even talks like a high class lady, though, is something unknown to most people, as well as how she learned how to fight so well and seemingly have no fear of dying. She isn't the type to keep secrets, but she isn't the type to be just spouting her life story to just anyone who appears in front of her. She'll tell just about anyone about it once they ask, though.
Other: She has a pair of dial headphones she usually carries around with her at all times. The design on them was especilly made for her by some skilled artisan. They seem to be a gift from her father after he went to a Sky Island and got them.

Sorry for the late reply. I'll also ask them what they think of this turn in the story. Also, I'm thinking of introducing the real hero some time soon, perhaps when they reach the next town. ;p
Noboyuki gladly took Rena's hand to help himself up and went on with her back to their camping site. All the way there, though, he was unsure of whether or not he should take the girl's hand. He slowly approached her hand with his own, but is taken aback by any slight movement. After a while of trying and not succeeding, Noboyuki finally gave up on that after they finally got to their encampment, and he heaved a heavy sigh. 'It was the perfect opportunity and yet... I let it slip through my fingers.'
Now, seating there, and almost like a reflex, Noboyuki sit beside her, and he almost felt like cuddling with her in that state, but even so, he was feeling a bit bashful right now. So he decided to be a good boy and just keep his hands to himself for now. he listened to what Rena had to say and, as expected, she was getting right to the heart of the matter right now. Well, it was good. Like that, he didn't have any time to think of anything he shouldn't. And that not only applied for bad thoughts of what he could do with Rena now that he knew they loved each other, but also to keep his mind from thinking of a way of lying his way out yet again. He didn't let her see it, but he was actually panicking quite a lot in the inside.
'Screaming on the inside would be quite more accurate right now.' Noboyuki thought to himself a bit. Yeah, he should focus on Rena right now instead of his own problems. As expected, it seemed that she was scared of what was to come, and also, as expected, she asked how come he knew about that. He laughed a bit. "Well, I could ask you the same. It seemed as if you knew of my past before this a bit too well to me. I'm guessing that maybe you had some kind of dream as well. And yes, by that I mean that I know of this because I dreamt about it." Noboyuki turned quite serious, but even so, he put his hand over Rena's shoulders and brought her close to himself. "Well, in any case. I'm pretty sure everything will work out in the end. I'm here with you, so don't worry. Besides, King Noboyuki has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?" He joked.
In any case, though, there was still the fact that the dreams had been extremely bizarre. "So, what do you think is the reason behind those dreams? They were awfully on spot."
Umm, I'd like to ask you that guys. Would you prefer for my character, the captain, to go picking everyone up? (To be more agile, we might do two per island) Or would you rather have the crew already assembled, but still pretty much just assembled?
I was going for the first option, but tbh, I do think many of us would be left out.
