I can see it potentially happening on the basis of "fight fire with fire", but no doubt your fellow Blackhawks wouldn't appreciate you carrying around a weapon that perfectly represents the one thing they're trying to keep under control: the paranormal/superhumanIt essentially boils down to the question of "Would you prefer our local trigger-happy soldier as an ally or an enemy?"

Well the character I'm considering using probably would find that sort of person fun to hang around lol. Plus not many Blackhawk members running around. She might want a little help.

Still not sure for a character. On one hand I'm thinking of a person who was cursed to be reincarnated into a different person (man or woman) every time they die. I doubt he would give away that information to primary superhuman hunting organization (even if he's basically a human victim). That or just go full supernatural and create two characters. A spirit and the person that spirit helps out.
@Unending Empire I wanted to know while the Black Hawk Squadron was active would they take members who seemed basically a badass normal, but had a weapon that was more magical in nature? Even if they essentially borrowed it from a corpse? I was thinking of a character who was a part of Blackhawk Squadron but used a magical weapon to level the playing field. He was presumed KIA.
While I'm waiting on Metronome to post I'll think of another character. Perhaps a villain, but not sure what kind. Its difficult since most villains who act alone or in very small groups likely wouldn't want to head to Greenfield. Too many heavy hitters there that probably means more trouble than its worth. A guy trying to find out who's the baddest mutha in town would definitely want to head there.

Of course making a Metal Gear villain mixed with Zero from Borderlands 2 would be interesting. Making speeches about war and describing in a haiku how your going to kick some ass sounds fun.

She's really never going to start killing people. She hasn't so far, even though she's caused injuries. She's kind of like how a lot of heroes won't kill people, except villainous. Since she does kind of cause mass property damage and injure people. It kind of plays into how she's a performance criminal, though it's not just because she doesn't want to kill her audience like she says.

Seems like one of those street level criminals that low end Flash should go against. Seems silly enough (in a good way) to fit in DC. Even the gritty parts to show not all villains see humans as talking sacks of meat.

Maestro isn't really crazy, she's just more about the performance. She's quite sane, actually.

Well Joker is in a sense sane. Plenty of psychopaths are quite sane like many Gotham villains lol. She's as theatrical as they are though and would add to Gotham's ridiculous criminals. A better way to put it she hasn't started killing a lot of people.
Just noticed but Maestro seems like a Batman villain who hasn't gone completely crazy yet.
Alright then I posted.
Allan

There was a strong feeling growing inside Allan as he walked through one of Greenfield's poorer neighborhoods. It wasn't something he usually felt in these areas, but this time he could tell someone was watching him. As he laid down on the roof of an obviously stolen vehicle Allan could only wonder why someone would stare at him. As two men walked out of the house the same car with missing wheels were in front of, Allan found the source of the unnerving eyes. He clutched his duffle bag instinctively before greeting them. "Hey wassup guys. Nice cars." several other vehicles with missing tires and other components lay in the yard.

The confused angry looks on the two who stepped out were expected. He saw a gun on the waist of one of the men. They weren't afraid of showing what they were packing at all. "Get the fuck off the car and give me that bag." he simply stated right hand near the pistol. Allan frowned getting off the car but still had his bag close. He wasn't just here to antagonize a few upstanding citizens. Not long ago he interrogated a few gang bangers that were trying to steal from the new meat. A few singed buttocks and heads made them quite talkative. This was going exactly as expected. "Alright give me the shit."

"Hey chill out. I'm just hear to talk to you about these cars. I talked to a few people around here a-" Allan heard to sound of the safety coming off as a pistol was drawn on him. Naturally he stayed silent and tossed the rather light bag over. The only unarmed person opened it up quickly and looked confused. "Hey be careful its a family heirloom."

"Its a goddamn stick!" the annoyance in his voice rose as the armed man just sighed. "What are we going to do with this?"

"Burn." on command fire erupted from the bag in the faces of the two gangmembers. The sudden explosion sent them back screaming not sure whether or not they were on fire. Allan jumped over the car and over to the bag grabbing what they called a simple stick. "I think its time for me to put on my real going out clothes." he said with a wink

The staff itself turned into pure light as it engulfed the transforming hero blinding the viewer. It took only moments, but when the light diminished the staff was gone and now a man dressed in clothes more fit for a gothic lolita stood proud as dark purple flames surrounded him. The two men on the ground could barely figure what the hell was really going on. All they could ask was "Who are you?"

Allan grinned as he began his poses. "I am the dark before the dawn, the light that shines through the clouds. I am the bringer of peace and justice to this world! You have a problem with that?" He winked as he pointed at them silently cursing himself for the lame delivery. Allan knew there were likely more inside and there would be a battle. Not many criminals enjoyed surrendering to a guy in a dress.
Can I still post even though my CS isn't on the list yet?
Cool I'll be thinking about my post for tomorrow.

If it's an order of knights, I think it would be obliged to answer to the Queen herself*. Normally, though, knightly orders are just something pretty to tack onto your name. In this case... XD*Or the House of Lords. I don't think the concept of a knightly order serving the House of Commons makes all that much sense. <_>

Yeah your basically right on the money when you say its "just something pretty to tack onto your name." Most of them likely wouldn't truly believe or act like Knights, but they do see themselves as guardians of the realm in a way. Making it more like Hellsing (ignore all the gruesome snacking that's the Order of the Dragon) would probably work alright.
