There was a big hole in the middle of the paragraph about Ventian Reperation Corps in your Nation Sheet.
Sorry to point it out but it just kinda bug me.

Also, do we start off with only capital city, or we can already have several cities.

Arthur do not dare to look into Levi's cold eyes as Levi told Arthur that if he hesitate for a moment duing a battle, he might get everyone killed. But Arthur was not afraid of titans and he did not planned to avoid any either. To protect his family, to reclaim Quinta District back from those big flesh-eating titans, he had no choice but to fight.

Arthur was glad that he was able to work with Levi's squad, so he wanted to thank Levi for accepting him. Right before Arthur was about to open his mouth, Levi zipped away using his manuevering gear followed by the girl called Cassandra. Arthur was pumped up as he can finally kill some titans after a long time, but he have to think more carefully before taking any actions now as he has a partner, sort of.

"Yes Sir!" As Arthur once again straightened his legs and put his hand on his left chest. Arthur was to follow and take orders from one of the guy in Levi's Squad, which was Bachus.

"Time to send them back from hell." Arthur muttered.

Civilization - New Lands, New Glory

Chapter I, New Home

"Mainland! We discovered a mainland!" As one of the sailors shouted his head off as he pointed his finger towards the big green land, lying at the horizon line of the calm sea. They spent three days sailing across the sea, and it was about time they discovered a mainland as the supplies would not be enough for everyone on the ships for another day.

The ship that King Orbun II was on reached the shore first, followed by the other four medium sized ships fulled of injured soldiers and citizens that just escaped from hell three days ago. "Bear with me my people! We will soon start to find a suitable place for all of us to start everything all over again." As King Orbun II addressed his fellow citizens.

"Remember! The Goldbeards Dwarves born in freedom, live in freedom and DIE in freedom!" King Orbun II shouted as he raised his fist into the sky, the morale of the citizens was greatly rose by the king's short sentence.After a short while, they began to explore and find a suitable place to be called home.

After spending half of the day exploring the newly discovered mainland, a place caught King Orbun's attention. Several huge mountains stood in front of them, overlapped wih other mountains, with a mountain peak so high that it was covered by clouds. The top half of the mountains were covered in pure white snow and several caves can be found at the lower part of the mountains.

As in that moment, the king decided that from this day onward, these mountains will be their new home.

Summary

The Goldbeards born dwarves finally found a new place to call it home.

Arthur was racing against the clock as he was still in the shower when he heard other soldiers screaming something about Colossal Titan appeared once again. But he wasted no time preparing himself, Arthur put on his scout legion uniform, set his maneuvering gear and put both of his blade into each scabbard on both left and right side of his hip. This was the first time in a few month that titans has appeared, so Arthur was more then ready to kill all of them to revenge for his friends and family.

Arthur walk passed the barracks and there were already a few casualties. Just as Arthur was about to take off to find the titans, he saw a group of soldiers coming out from the meeting hall. That is Corporal Levi, and his squad... There was two other people that behind Levi and his squad Arthur recognized as they were in the Scout Regiment Squad too. Follow them would be a good choice since they were always up to something. Levi and his squad were famous for completing insane or suicidal missions. This would be a good opportunity for Arthur to boost both his mental and physical skills.

Without hesitation, Arthur ran in front of the walking group. Arthur stood still and put his right hand on his the left side of chest. "Arthur Faehlmann reporting for duties, Corporal Levi. Requesting to fight along side with you, sir!"

History: Arthur was born and grew up in Quinta District, which was located just behind the Wall of Maria. Arthur came from a poor family. His father worked as a lumberjack for a local trading company, and Arthur's father spent most of his working time transport lumber from Quinta District to Shiganshina District which was located south of Wall Maria. Arthur's mother was one of the typical housewives out there, who spent all the time doing house chorus for her beloved family. Arthur has a younger brother - Alfons, which was only half of his age, but Alfons was suffering from Pulmonary Stenosis, which the pulmonary valve are often thickened and do not open fully, causing a narrowing where the blood crosses the valve from the right ventricle. This caused Alfons unable to do extreme sports, the family tried very hard to find a doctor who was maybe, able to help Alfons but there was no luck so far.

Arthur's life took a big turn a few years back, when he first saw titans with his own eyes at the age of 17. He will never forget the flesh-eating monsters he saw, stepping, throwing, eating his friends and destroying the district he lived in. Arthur thought that soon enough the government will send out the military to help him and his family, but days after days hidden in different spots around the town, afraid that one day the titans will spot him and ate him. The reinforcements never showed up. Arthur's father was transporting lumber to Shiganshina District, so he had no idea what was happening back at his home. Arthur's mother sacrificed herself to distract a titan that found them hiding beside a teared down building, so that Arthur and his brother Alfons can escape using their family horse. They were to reach Shiganshina District that usually would took merchants two days non-stop to reach, with only supplies just enough for a few days.

After three days of exhausting "family road trip", both Arthur and his brother reached the gate of Shiganshina District, a 50 meters wall stood before them with few soldiers patrolling at the top of the wall. They were spotted and was allowed inside after the soldiers on top of the gate exchanged a few lines with each other. Arthur's father was no where to be found but Arthur never gave up on searching for his father. Arthur soon discovered that the military was recruiting new soldiers, and Arthur eent straight for it.

For the past two years, Arthur trained very hard with the other recruits and he already killed 4 titans during his first right after his training ended.

Personality: Arthur is a brave and responsible person. Also a little stubborn. Hates bullies the most and loves to cook.

Titan Kills/Assists: 4 solo, 7 assists and sea-bass-slap titan once.
