I'll try to move towards where Vas at, in my next IC post if its ok for you @SuperTacticalDerp. But even I'm a god I still need like two post to walk across that huge area of the map.
@SuperTacticalDerp owwwww Chaos Bro4life.. or more like Bro4EternalLifeBecauseWeareImmortals. Ok.. When there is a war there will be chaos and vice versa, and Vas loves war and Ryujin loves chaos. Our god can meet up in the future post, but idk if all of the gods knew each other already, as we were from the same Creator's Hand.
Anyone made their god to be like The Joker in Batman? You know, fooling around but dead serious when doing something evil, and then causing chaos all over the place just for fun. I would like to have my god to have personality like The Joker. Something like this... ----- Ryujin approached the young lad who was throwing the waste dump into the sea from the high ground, and seems like he was enjoying himself. Little did the young lad knew, the ocean was where Ryujin lives. The young lad spotted Ryujin but did not get suspicious as Ryujin was in a form of a teenage boy.
"Hey, riddle time." It happened too fast, the lad was confused by what Ryujin said.
"You wear me every day but you never put me on. I will change colors if you leave me out too long. I will burn if you don't know the answer. What am I?"
"err.....I don't know?" The lad was still confused, but he sure did not stop dumping those wastes into the sea.
"Hehehehehe! Pffftt...Its' your skin." Just right after Ryujin gave the answer out, the young lad engulfed in flames, screaming in pain.
I've actually never seen the show honestly. I'm interested, just never have the time.
Yeah i know the feeling, I had lesser free time now compared back to few months ago. I finished only the first two seasons and now its like season four or five already.
It was dark place, a place where nothing can be seen not even one's own hand. Not only the place was pitch black, it was also dead silence. The only sound that can be heard was a weak breathing sound. "Where Am I?" right after the mysterious voice, a beam of light appeared out of nowhere. A black figure was standing in the middle of a room and it was being revealed by the light that shined upon it. "Who is this guy?" The voice once again spoke. It turned out that the black figure was a teenage boy. But he was not alone in the room, as another dark figure started to appear. The figure stood in front of the teenager, but the face was too blurry to identify it.
"Proud? You dare to say I'm your proud son?" Suddenly, the silence was broken by the boy, shouting at the figure in front of him.
"--- this about --- of yours --- again?" The blurry figure asked the boy with a fed up tone. The conversation was interrupted by a random high pitched ringing sound consistently which resulted some of the words were unable to be heard clearly.
"You know --- I'm talking about!" The voice of the boy did not lower down as the conversation continued. Both of the boy's hand suddenly engulfed in flames, lighting the room brighter than before. "Why am I here? What's going on?" as the voice once again spoke up, tried to draw both the figure and the boy's attention but it failed to do so.
"--- choice --- Goodbye --- Voswurn --- to --- life." As the figure seems to finish its talking, it raised both of its blurry hand and a beam of purple circle can be seen above the boy's head.
"You think --- Me!? I ---" The boy seems to try and finish his sentence but the purple circle covered him in a great speed and vanished into thin air before he could do so. The high pitched sound did not stopped right there, but the light in the room started to dim and the figure slowly walked away from the scene. The whole place turned back to it previous state after a while.
Takes place before the hidden god appears.
It was nearly dawn, and the weather was clear to see several ships anchored themselves right in the middle of the sea. Fishermen on the ships were dancing around the stove happily, drinking and eating with each other. Mostly maybe because they caught tons of fishes today and they were celebrating, but not for long. Dark clouds began to gather above the ships and soon it started to rain heavily. As the fishermen decided to clean up the mess and head back to the dock, a beam of purple light pierced through the clouds and smashed into the sea with great velocity followed up by a huge impact sound that can be heard clearly even from a far distant.
Shocked by the huge impact sound the fishermen heard, everyone on board stopped what they were doing earlier and began to look around the water, hoping to identify where it came from. The sound even interrupted the captain's sweet dream, causing him to jump off from his bed and run outside from his room angrily. Just right after everyone thought it was just another anchor that slammed and hit one of the ship while they were pulling it, a puddle of water raised up to the ship deck and formed a weird looking shape. It looks like a human figure but with longer neck and only a pair of burning eyes can be seen, the whole body was covered with endless flow of water. Everyone on the deck quickly grabbed a few harpoons and aimed at the figure in front of them.
"What is this!? Is this some kind of monster that one of the Mage Lord created?" The captain, as known as Captain "Cold" Seabart by his crewmen, stood behind his crewmen cowardly and shouted the words with a tremble voice. The monster turned its head in a jiffy, gazed at the captain. The captain got the shock of his life, fell down and hit the deck floor hard. It seems like the monster was pissed off by what the captain just said earlier. The others did not dare to move an inches from where they stood, fearing to draw the attention to themselves.
The monster inhaled a big chuck of air, and let it out slowly. "Ahh....So I'm back to this filthy place once again." The monster let out a big sigh followed up by a sentence with a deep voice. The monster walked slowly towards Captain Seabart who was still hiding behind the crewmen, and decided to introduce itself to them.
"I, am an Elemental GOD! Remember MY name - RYUJIN!" Ryujin screamed at the crowd standing before him. Ryujin lost count on how long he left Voswurn and he made a good decision of asking the current status of Voswurn, if he planned to stay here once more. Ryujin learned some information from the captain and his crew. The first one that draw Ryujin's attention was the few mentions of those that called themselves the "half-god"' - Mage Lords. Some men revealed the fact that he was not the first monster... or god they saw, meaning that there was a possibility that immortals just like Ryujin, came to Voswurn too.
After Ryujin learned enough information from the fishermen, he agreed to let them go as keeping them as hostages will not aid him even a little bit. He could just simply killed all of them, but Ryujin was too busy solving the other questions that the fishermen could not answered. Before the ships headed back to the dock, Ryujin gave a fair warning to the fishermen that they should stay away from The Shallow Sea as he will make the place his new home.
God finally I finished my assignment and I'm working on my first IC. Here's the problem, I think I hit the writer's block or as maybe I'm just being lazy.
Well, I have no problem with players inventing and controlling Mage Lords, but I'd like them to remain lesser characters.
The reason for this, is that lesser characters can be killed usually with little fall out between players. If I made them major characters, then obviously someone would very much like to play the Saviour of Mankind, which would lead to a player vs player battle - not that these wont happen, as the Gods consider turning against each other - but obviously a Mage Lord/God battle would be a lot more common.
Experience has taught me, especially in RPs where Gods and massive powers are involved, that players love nothing more than to get uppety when they lose. I don't fancey seeing my RP crash and burn so early into its life.
HOWEVER, this does not stop players from inventing a Mage Lord to serve as their God's main/temporary antagonist, allowing them to move said Mage Lord as if they were a chess piece. Though to add to this, Mage Lords are considered NPCs or minor characters, and their deaths should not be mourned or contested.
I hope this answered your question.
I agreed with you on this. I joined a few Gods RP previously somewhere else and most of the RP crashed when players playing as god, kept on fighting on who's going to win or more powerful, The ICs were on hold and fights can be seen everywhere in the OOCs, everyone had no choice but to quit the RP after a while. I think the setting of this RP will prevent that from happening, which is why I'm interested at the moment I saw this on casual rp interest check.
