By the rules of Hunger Games the ones that have reached age of 12 are being put into the reaping so even you would be a victor from 74th Hunger Games and aged 12 at previous games then the minimum age you can be is 13.Also for the Character Sheet we can add - Token, as everyone is allowed to have one to remind about the district, home but cannot be used as a weapon. And another thing that came into my mind is that besides everyone getting a random number or ID for the death decision, we should also receive like 3-4 more random numbers that would be used for the Sponsors thingy. Basically what I mean is to decide how many times in the game would be given a Sponsors gift, I suggest 2-3, and do it in the same way as for the death with random number. That's also the reason why for the Sponsors everyone should receive 3-4 numbers so that the chance of getting the sponsors support would be smaller.

so the sponsors gift numbers for some tributes might be the same number? When I rolled that number, those tributes who have the number X will receive gifts/tools ?

yup. that's right. we're all past victors in this case, as it was the quarter quell.

Every 25 years there is a Quarter Quell edition of the annually Hunger Games.
Quells mark the anniversaries of the districts' defeat by the Capitol, and include special celebrations.
So, the the 75th Hunger Game will as known as The 3rd Quarter Quell Hunger Game too.


The arena of the 3rd quarter quell hunger game.
As you can see, the quarter quell has more traps, dangerous things than normal annually hunger game,
just to make the tributes harder to survive or win.

Awesome, we are starting to get something! I agree about the random number generator to choose who has to die as it is easy and won't make any problems.Don't you need to add "Weapon of choice?" in the Character Sheet? Just asking, dunno how these things work...

Now I will wait for enough people to start a IC/OCC.

About the number of characters, we will decide it depending on if there will be more people joining in or not.
