"Uhh, yeah," Emma said to Lalna. "Hey, everything alright? You seem kind of... I guess excited? About all of this?" She sat down next to a tree. "Listen, I really, um... I'm not sure that I want to do this? Like, okay, I get that it's probably really important that we do something. But what could we possibly do besides, like, write a strongly worded letter to the Governor or something?? And you guys don't actually believe that we have powers, do you? I mean, has anyone even tried it yet?"
Just then, there came a rustling in the bushes. "Wait, shh!" Emma shushed. A deer poked its head up.
Emma's voice was a low whisper. "If any one does want to give it a go, now might be the time. We just... touch it, right? That's what Prince Elfa-whatsit said?"
