Vivian turned from Magi to the room full of sick people and massaged at the bridge of her nose, stomach turning when she considered removing herself from the patrol roster for a while to make sure no one messes with her patients. It took a few minutes of fiddling and such before she went and did just that, the man who manages the rosters smiling at her understandingly as she crossed her name off the list and went to return to the medbay. He stopped her for a moment and looked at her, concerned. He spoke with worry, "You sure you should be on your feet again, Viv? You've been awake for nearly the whole week, treating these people." She calmed him with a hand on the shoulder, he reminded her of her grandfather. "I'll be alright, I had something of a nap a while ago. You just get yourself back to your work and keep doing what you do. I'm much tougher than that." She smiled at him sweetly before turning back to medbay and walking back, beginning to make her rounds as usual.
"Make sure you take two of these every two hours and drink plenty of water, okay?" She patted the young man on the back of the neck and handed him two small white tablets to go with his water. He thanked her before she moved on to the next person. She briefly checked on Wolf again before tending to a woman sitting with her child, second degree burns all over his arm. She knelt down and grimaced, but kept her best smile on as she spoke to him. "Well don't worry dear, we'll fix this up in a jiffy, just put on a strong smile for me and don't look, okay?" The child nodded along as she softly grabbed his arm and clenched her jaw as she felt her arm ignite with fiery pain. Soft light transferred from his arm to hers as the skin covered by her long-sleeved shirt began to burn and shrivel rapidly. Soon he was smiling again as she pulled away, slowly cuffing her hair behind her ear as she patted him gingerly on the head and shot a smile at his mother. "Remind him not to play near fire or debris, and to be careful when out and about. Might also want to apply some lotion to that arm, might get a bit dry before its fully healed, but it won't scar up too bad."
As she walked away, she felt a bit woozy once more. 'Dizzy, but I'm getting better with taking these things on. Just gotta take it slow Viv. Slow and steady.' She thought to herself as she sat on a nearby bed, drinking some water and just breathing to gain a small respite.
