The lionman fell with a satisfying thump, making a humanoid-shaped indentation in the earth below, and Morrigan smiled a wicked grin. She could feel her heart pumping faster, her muscles were pulling with a reassuring tightness to tell her that she hadn't reached her limit yet, and The Arms 'spoke' to her again as her enemy lay before her. For an instant she felt very good, even with the claw marks streaking across her back. Her father always told her that size wasn't everything, and many instances he had been correct, especially this one. She smiled at the thought, but it quickly faded as she felt herself being lifted from the ground and into the air. In her distracted state, she had neglected to ground herself! She hit the ground at his feet hard, making a small crater as she rolled to no effect. She had let herself be caught off-guard and she paid the price, a new bruise on her spine. She growled as The Arms grumbled, and yanked her body into standing straight as it replied with a sickening series of cracks. Pain lanced down her back, but it was nothing she was not used to. She pounced forward to land on Leo's chest, straddling him in an attempt to keep him on the ground before bringing her fists up to send them sailing down into his maw. Left, right, left, right she pummelled, pushing a bit more brute force into each blow than, before she brought both fists into the air and prepared bring them down at the same time upon his head.

As Morrigan sped across the battlefield like a bounding gazelle, she could see her soldiers being swept aside like pieces of cardboard. It filled her with a rage she couldn't describe to see her people being dealt with like common insects. She swiped out at a cat soldier and snapped the spear he was thrusting at her as she passed him and the large lion man. She felt hot lines of pain streak across her back, biting into her flesh and making her groan slightly as she heard her coat shredding behind her. This was her favourite coat too! The Arms chirped and whistled angrily, eager to be of use. Acting as quick as she could, she lashed out with both arms and attempted to catch the arm as it raked at her back, intending to gain a lower centre of gravity and then using this momentum against him to throw him to the ground, over her shoulder. She thought that her strength should be more than substantial enough to accomplish this feat, and though he might be faster, she felt as if she were slightly stronger physically, despite her stature.

Yeah that works, I hadn't actually come up with an origin for them. Was going to leave it ambiguous, but alien was near the top of the list.
Molly witnessed through the terrible cacophony or cries and sound as her team slowly fell to shambles, with horrifying transformation and terrors beyond her comprehension topping her list of things she was prepared to deal with today. Her concentration shattered as she felt her nose become warm, something was dribbling down onto her lip and compelling her to slowly cut herself off of channelling her power. With a quick glance to the side, she saw Ariella crouched down next to Shane and rushed over to attempt to help. "Jee-zus, what happened to him? All I saw was him gettin' spooky and screamin'!" She ran a hand beneath her nose and paid no mind as her handwraps came back stained with dark red. She looked to Ariella with a bloody mustache smeared across her top lip. "Well, should we put him somewhere safe down at the bottom or bring him up to the top? We can't just leave him here."
Vivian watched from the couch she was resting on as she was made redundant right in front of her own eyes. The wizardry and whimsical magic serving to whisk away the injuries that had taken her hours, even days previously, in the space of 10-20 minutes a piece. She crossed her arms slowly, still tender from healing the child with the burns, and prodded at her cheek with her tongue, ever so slightly annoyed. She had to dismiss these thoughts with a shake of her head, and remind herself that it didn't matter, as long as people are getting better. More people getting better meant more people fighting the good fight. More soldiers meant less injured, in a sense, and that was all that mattered in the end. But then again. Wolf and Magi just popping up all of a sudden. Magi being drawn here by a blood trail. Her job being stolen from beneath her. Why couldn't she shake this feeling that something bad was going to come of all this? She stood up and walked to the kitchens nearby, grabbing the ingredients to make herself a quick sandwich. Wholemeal bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, easy and tasty. She cut it into squares and grabbed the plate before waltzing over to the recreation room where they put the patients whilst they were being treated. There were various seats and a television to entertain those who weren't able to stand and use the pool table or the pinball machine. Vivian saw that the room was nearly empty at this hour, which was strange enough, and took up a recliner for herself, throwing her legs over the armrest and her back against the other armrest, placing the plate on her stomach as she set to work eating her food and watching the escapades of a cartoon rabbit and his duck friend. It served to make her giggle and snort, before one of the other medbay nurses came in asking about the new guy, Magi. Her smile disappeared as she spoke. "He's fine, as long as he helps people. If he goes a bit wiggly, tell the boys and they'll deal with him. I'm on break for a while." She knocked her boots together as if to add finality to her statement. The nurse could only nod and return to treating patients, leaving behind the sounds of jovial, girlish giggles and the snorting chuckles of a tired young woman.
Easily workable into my post, I was just getting really confused about the teams. As far as I see, its wreaking hell on Molly's concentration to use her powers.

The rapid rattling of gunfire and the slicing of cold steel through the open air made Morrigan feel as if she were at home once more. On the training grounds with her father, sparring with the troops as he looked to make an example out of her. Oh, how she showed him, so many bones broken, so many muscles bruised and torn. Just as they would be here. The charge came to a very sudden halt as the Imperial forces collided with those of the Cattan. Steel connected with fur and stone, powder ejected rounds into soft flesh and bone, the crack of rifles could still be heard coming from the rear of the columns as Morrigan waded her way through the enemy vanguard, fists knocking troops to the ground like toys. Each blow she threw and each animal she grappled with shone with the light of the All-Life Achiever, mending fatal wounds and reviving those that succumbed to their mortal injuries. With each powerful blow, another light went off as if Morrigan were boxing in the midst of a fireworks show. She gave a growl of indiscriminate anger as the jumped towards a rather large soldier reminiscent of a Rhinoceros, grabbing him by the horn before using the momentum to bring him to the ground and drive his head into the dirt, snapping the horn clean off. The speed and power of the blow bounced the large man's body from the earth, and with a quick lash of her other fist, she followed up and knocked him away into a gaggle of what seemed to be three badger people. Acting only on muscle memory now, she dipped low and swept the legs from a bear-man, before driving herself backwards and up into the air and bringing down a leg into the bear's back, landing in a crouched position as she dragged her leg from the fallen soldier's body. Sparks of light whirled their way around his back and legs as he was pulled away from the action by some smaller doglike soldiers. Morrigan stood up straight and quickly surveyed the surroundings, only to find fighting as far as the eye could see. There was something that caught her eye. Singular. A larger soldier, most likely an elite soldier. With the visage of a lion, and the figure of a greek god. Morrigan's eye widened at the sight, and The Arms seemed to chitter and chirp with excitement as if to say they had found a target for her. She wasted no time in advancing upon him, dashing quickly and leaping forward, a fist reared back as she sailed through the ranks. She intended to strike him with a good amount of force, just to judge.

I'll do so now.
Molly could do nothing but pout and huff as she dropped her hammer near the entrance and proceeded to crack her knuckles, neck and shoulders in preparation for this class' event to begin. "Eh, I don't need it. I'm all winner regardless. Y'all just totter on up this thing and I'll make it a little easier for you, as much as I can that is." She gave a wary glance back at the hammer before looking down at the new field. "Doesn't hurt to carry it around from now on though, given what I've seen from the others." As the signal to start was given, Molly pushed forward and tried to push the mind-rendingly loud racket coming from Dimitri into the back of her mind. Even though she was behind the others and a fair ways off from him it was still hellish to bear witness to, lessened or not. Taking up a position at the back of her team and extending her arms as if to hug the person in front of her. There was a great low hum, and slowly she began to feel lighter as she lowered the gravity around herself and in a short column in front of her, ascending up the side of the pyramid in the hopes that it would allow her team to advance quicker, with great leaping bounds taking place of careful, slow steps. Sweat beaded on her forehead as the exertion had already begun to get to her, making her pant and grunt as she fought to stay behind her team. "Just keep it movin' and I'll try and make the journey a bit easier for us!"
Molly nodded once her orders were given, and looked around at the others, as well as Jinx, for an opportunity to slip out quietly. The opportunity came and went, and she went with it, rushing back to her room to grab Vulcanus and clasp it to her back before locking her room and sprinting back through the halls with her great hammer in tow. She stood beside her comrades after slipping back into the room undetected, toting Vulcanus in both hands with a large, pleased grin plastered on her face. "So I'm the tank huh? I gotcha covered. How're they gonna get past The Champ when gravity is workin' against 'em?" She looks to her other team-mates and hefts her hammer to her shoulder. "Are you guys prepared to win? Because I am not fittin' to lose. Champ don't lose." She spoke a bit lower as she crouched down, waiting for some sort of alarm or bell that signified the beginning of the game. With a quick kiss to the flat face of her hammer, it was easy to see just how large the head was in comparison to her head, its engravings glowing mutely as the air seemed to fluctuate between lighter and heavier around her and the hammer, its dark metal shining oddly in the light and revealing the waves in its 'skin'. She could almost feel it humming in unison with her as she flipped more of her hair over her shoulder to rest at her back.
