Hacks
A couple of my friends are attempting to breed larger insects by limiting the amount of oxygen they are raised in. It's single-handedly the scariest and most mad scientist thing I've ever seen.
I'm most excited to see the way characters react to each other.
That sounds terribly painful...or wait, I think I meant funny.
Here's a quick one that I can change and edit as you deem fit.
Name: Marc ‘The Shadow’
Race: Human
Physical Characteristics and Appearance:
Under the dark clothing rests a bald head, burns covering two-thirds for the skull from rough job. Part of his lip is missing making any smile to trail across his face drip with menace. At 5 foot 7 inches and a hundred seventy pounds, Marc, presents a lithe figure. Scars trail his arms leading down to his hands where he’s missing the pinky on his right hand.
Background Information: When you grow up on Europa you don’t have much time for childhood. Marc was born in a brothel, the bastard child of raider. If you want to survive you have to be useful. Marc made himself useful fast taking on extortion jobs before he was a teenager. By the time he was sixteen he had three kills under his belt and realized he had a talent.
Taking a new name as The Shadow, Marc sold his particular set of skills to the highest bidder. By the time he was twenty-seven his name was a legend among hitmen. The Shadow was rumoured to have killed hundreds of men. The rumours weren’t far off.
They were wrong about his calloused heart though. Marc never forgot where he came from and every month an anonymous payment was sent to his mother. It got her out of the brothel and gave her a comfortable life.
Equipment:
The Plasblade is a reinforced titanium knife with a plasma edge designed to pierce body armor. The blade is five inches long connected to a handle which holds the power cell.
The Cobra 8-20 is an eight round pistol designed to fire lightweight poison tipped rounds. The Cobra 8-20 is the quieter version of the Cobra 8-40, but lacks the punch it’s larger sibling provides and as such is not recommended for armoured targets.
Stealth Suit Mark IV
A stealth suit designed to camouflage the user is not a perfect creation. The suit projects the image from behind the user in real time to appear on the front using a subsonic sound based echolocation. The problem with this is that the user appears to be shimmering, the user is also likely to be picked up on sonar.
Skillset:
- Expert in stealth operations
- Climbs like a spider.
- Impressive knife fighter.
- Patience.
Weaknesses: Sonars will register him due to his stealth suit. EMPs will also shut down both his suit as well as the plasma edge to his blade. His mother, he lives in constant fear that someone will find out about her.
