Zeths "Relay" the Meowstic
The Crickets could quite litterally be heard in the background of the empty gaze of the Meowstic as the Luxray dashed by, and he was quite certain that dust balls rolled by in the space between him and the Lucario before the awkwardness settled by the rather curious welcome. He looked to the seat for a few seconds as it was presented to him and then simply approached it before he with just a thought left the ground and slowly hoovered up in the air before settling down on the seat. He noticed that the Lucario saw the state of his fur even thought he had tried to clean himself up before his visit.
"Me?... oh. Its was the echo" he replied replying to both the questions with one answer as it was both the reason he was here and the reason his fur was in this state. The 'Echo' was of course the common name for voices, whispers and thoughts that was not of this world that some pokémon was able to very rarely hear. But Zechs didn't bother to explain it as he assumed that the Lucario had full knowledge of the Echo already.
He glanced to his side as he put the bag into his lap before looking to the Lucario once more.
"You sure are popular with the ladies... I suppose fame does so to you. Or perhaps its because of the season." he started rather curiously on another track before shuffling slightly as he started blushing as he was reminded of his own experience... perhaps he was not one to talk about displays of sudden affection. He looked down to the bag and opened the lid slowly with both his paws before he reached inside just pausing enough to seemingly build up anticipation.
"This... Item, returned to me without its owner. Its... presence, awoke me from my meditation. It seems its owners 'Final' thoughts was imprinted upon it" he said before he shuffled throught the bag once more. However he stopped for a second in surprise.
"Three?... it multiplied?... strange" he mumbled as he pulled out not one... but three guild badges, a set of a whole team.
With a flick of the Meowstic's ears the three guild badges floated up in the air, circled around in front of his own eyes as he scanned them. It was with curiosity and a bit of anticipation that he scanned each one of them and drew conclusions and connections to each one. When one finally departed from the two and landed in his reached out paw he brought it closer for examination as he let the other two hoover freely.
"This one is rather... faint, it must have been the first one to depart... Its... a whisper, a powerful command with determination. 'Curses... Another monster room, we don't have supplies.... we don't have enough stamina... I'm sorry guys. You two must Go on ahead. There's no discussion, if you stay we will all die here and not know what's at the end... GO!... For the ADVENTURE GUILD!... FOR MY FRIENDS AND HONOR!" The Meowstic said and shudddered as the connection broke off. He took several breaths clearly bothered by what he just had said, or perhaps what he just had experienced. With everything concluded he let it float back to the other three and let another one land in his paw.
"This one... must've had a quick ending. I sense Sadness, fear... and a final sacrifice... It dosne't look like he will catch up to us... I'm sorry, I can hardly go on myself. Take the last oran berry... If we run... WATCH OUT!... TRAP!... GUST!:... A bright flash, ringing ears... burning pain... yet a very quick final one" he said rubbing his own sides as he had to check if his own fur was burning or not... not that it would be unless he had tipped a candle or something on him self, but that was how powerfully he sensed the 'Echo'.
When the last one came to him he simply let it land before his eyes fell on the guildmaster.
"This one tell a sad tale. Of how one pokémon who just lost it's friend journeyed through the final moments of its life. I... dare not retell the story as of now. I shall write it down in a book for you to read later... I've already ruined my fur once today. Its curious thought... they all came back even if there at first only was one... there's also something else. A Music box... I haven't had the time to check for a origin or source... Its a artifact I'm sure... I'm going to need time to examin it" The Meowstic said as he reached his hand out towards the Lucario and let the three guild badges float over to him.
He took a deep breath before sighing
"These one's returned to me, I suppose they was drawn to my energies from beyond as they knew I could retell their final moments. I'm afraid I don't recognize the voices, Its difficult for me to say where and when they are from. At least they wanted to meet their guild master, or A Guild Master. It might be you, or someone before you... they have already found peace, but to put them to rest or memory will be a task I have to assign to you. It was their final wish after all... to be, Remembered." he said and sat back to compose himself for a moment, he looked weary. Yet at the same time he looked like he was just waking up.
Kaiser Van Deathclaw
The Tyranitar didn't look especially amused when the being told him to have patience, he knew he might be the avatar of patience himself... yet he didn't care for sitting around doing nothing while he certainly had followed this 'Carrot' to the top of a mountain to get something to do at all. He snorted as he figured the being could have told him they were going in the morning, after all in the meantime he could easily have returned to town and get back to his drinking as he had a nigh endless fortune left to waste.
"A Prison break?... I see." he muttered as he looked to the box of supplies that was warped to his feet and a gem that would teleport him to his destination, very convenient.
The Tyranitar didn't care much for the supplies, he shuffled through the box quickly after looking what was inside then grabbed an apple to down it before picking up the teleport gem.
"I have never cared about personal security... I be back" he said before raising the teleport gem to the sky, the imprint in his mind was an unwelcome addition... but he figured he signed up for weird stuff when he chose to accompany this pokémon. Soon the gem flashed and he were gone... leaving the box behind as its containts didn't intrest him more than to fill his belly...
When he arrived at the prison he looked towards the building and simply chuckled to himself.
"So... I suppose I could do this quetly... But that wouldn't be any fun would there?... " he muttered to himself. He stomped the ground hard enough for it to quake... let the wind around him whip... and soon a hurricane blew in over the area as sand gushed over the walls like a tidal wave. Even as some guard tried to clear the weather his ability seemed to override it as quickly as it tried to subside... so much control did the Tyranitar have once he let loose.
A Guard who spotted him quickly ran up to him as the sandstorm roared, questioning who he was and what he did there... in response to this he smirked, raised a clawed paw into the air and glanced to the pokémon.
"The Reaper... " he would reply calmly then an near instant later the guard pokémon would gasp as Kaiser's claw went through its body splashing its blood over the wall and the ground. It quickly went silent and limp before the pokémon pulled out and held the pokémons heart impaled on its claws.
"Sorry to break your heart... he he he.... " he said amused... before eating it. After all... he was not called 'Deathclaw' for nothing. He crashed fences... destroyed walls... quickly moving straight through the area past whatever stood in his way.
He didn't show mercy... he didn't show regret... he reveled in each moment... enjoyed each sweet challange. That such a pokémon a moment earlier had walked among children of a innocent village might be hard to even phantom... as he smashed cells open to free whoever was inside without care... caring naught if they were the scum of the earth. After all they were but a distraction as he searched for the pokémon he were supposed to find.
