In the point buy system you have 27 Stat points to spend to increase your skills.

There's a good phone app thats called d&d 5e character sheet that can utilize this and also apply your Stat bonuses you get from being a human. Which is pretty much a +1 to every single main stat.

And you begin with 8 points in every stat and buy from there.

After 12 they cost 2 instead of 1 and the maximum is 15

The hilariously dumb battle raged on and Kero mostly just watched as the Grunts was beaten around to the point where he and His espeon simply shook their heads and decided that it was pointless for them to get involved any further. He told Sin to use dig calling code three and then as the Man with the Aerodactyl returned he glanced to the others before leaping down the hole. The two dug into the forest and out of the scenes range and then emerged to brush the dirt off their fur and clothes. He didn't care much for goodbyes, nor did he care much about the well being of the others, he cared only for himself in the end... and he was safe.

When he was in the clear he called in what he had seen and what had been recorded by his google's camera. The Hunter organization would be very interested in his information after all, not only specifically including the Mythical pokémon... but the Aeorodactyl that would obviously come second in this situation. He checked on his receiver to see if the tracking device was still functional and as he reached a cave where he could take a break he went through the intel he had gathered so far and then started planning their next move.
